中文摘要：	我国的产权交易及其对应市场直接参与市场行为，例如经济结构的设置、产业结构的阶段性调整、国有企业制度改革以及企业并购行为等等，从而形成了全球独特的以产权交易市场为重要组成部分的多层次资本市场体系。天津产权交易中心作为全国产权交易市场中具有重要地位的区域性产权交易机构，无疑是具有代表性的。本文对天津产权交易中心的运营策略进行研究，其研究目的有两个，一方面是探索产权交易中心不断向前的发展方向，逐步发展成为为各类权益流转的综合性要素市场；另一方面，天津的产权交易市场也是我国产权交易市场的一个缩影，尽管前者涉及到的范围较小，但很多问题在国家产权交易市场中同样存在，这对于探究中国产权交易市场今后的发展趋势和构建多层次资本市场体系具有重大意义。 本文以产权交易理论、中国产权交易市场等基础理论为出发点，以天津产权交易中心为具体研究对象，以其运营策略为研究重点，在简要介绍了天津产权交易中心的发展历史和现状的基础上，运用SWOT分析法剖析了其内部的竞争优势和劣势以及外部的威胁和机遇，进一步阐述了天津产权交易中心的交易进场策略和业务受理策略，细化了其平台服务业务的策略。最终说明了运营策略改进后的盈利结构。 研究认为，天津产权交易中心目前发展相对较为成熟，但是也存在劣势，同时面临来自外部的挑战，需要进一步的改善运营模式，提高交易中心竞争力。本文从以下三个方面提出天津产权交易中心的运营策略并提出策略的保障措施：第一，交易进场策略，第二，产权交易业务受理策略，第三，平台服务业务的策略。在本文的最后，详细列明了天津产权交易中心在运营策略改进后的盈利结构，形成一套完整的运营策略分析。 关键词：天津产权交易中心;运营策略;服务平台
英文摘要：	China's property rights trading and its corresponding market directly participate in market behavior,such as the establishment of economic structure,the stage adjustment of industrial structure,the reform of state-owned enterprise system and the merger and acquisition of enterprises,etc.Thus forming a unique multi-level capital market system with property rights trading market as an important component in the world.Tianjin Property Rights Exchange,as an important regional property rights trading institution in the national property rights trading market,is undoubtedly representative.This paper studies the operation strategy of Tianjin Property Rights Exchange,which has two purposes.On the one hand,it explores the development direction of the Property Rights Exchange,and gradually develops into a comprehensive factor market for the transfer of various rights and interests; on the other hand,Tianjin Property Rights Exchange Market is also China's property rights trading market.A microcosm,although the scope of the former is relatively small,many problems also exist in the national property rights trading market,which is of great significance for exploring the future development trend of China's property rights trading market and building a multi-level capital market system. Starting from the basic theories of property rights trading theory and China's property rights trading market,this paper takes Tianjin Property Rights Exchange as the specific research object and its operation strategy as the research focus.On the basis of a brief introduction to the development history and current situation of Tianjin Property Rights Exchange,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal competition of Tianjin Property Rights Exchange.Advantages and disadvantages as well as external threats and opportunities,further elaborated trading entry strategy and business acceptance strategy of Tianjin Property Rights Exchange,refined the strategy of its platform service business.Finally,the profit structure of the improved operational strategy is explained. The research concludes that the development of Tianjin Property Rights Exchange is relatively mature,but it also has disadvantages. At the same time,it is facing challenges from outside. It is necessary to further improve the operation mode and enhance the competitiveness of the trading center. This paper proposes the operation strategy of Tianjin Property Rights Exchange from the following three aspects and proposes the strategy safeguard measures: first,the transaction entry strategy, second, the property rights transaction business acceptance strategy,and third,the platform service business strategy.At the end of the paper, the profit structure of the Tianjin Property Rights Exchange after the improvement of its operational strategy is detailed,and a complete operational strategy analysis is formed.
