| 中文摘要： | 2013年，随着我国“一带一路”倡议的实施，我国国际工程企业在国际工程承包舞台中占比越来越重，在日益激烈的国际工程承包市场竞争中，如何更好的使用项目融资促进国际工程业务的发展成为了各企业重点研究的课题。项目融资求新求变也成为各承包企业探索的新方向。 本文通过对国内外项目融资相关文献资料的梳理，阐述了项目融资的发展、模式、原则、特点和要素；比较研究了我国国际工程项目融资惯用的各类融资方式并论证其适用性和可操作性；结合项目融资的核心内涵进一步提出如何构架并策划当前市场环境下国际工程总承包项目融资的新模式：如使用债券融资、融资租赁、量单融资等组合融资方式以适应现今国际工程业务开展的需要；文章也探讨了如何改善项目融资并对其未来发展的提出切实可行的建议。 本文认为，项目融资将极大的促进我国国际工程相关各行业的发展，改善并创新国际工程项目融资模式也是扎实落实我国“一带一路”倡议的基本举措之一。抓住项目融资成本、收益及风险三个核心内涵，在项目经济性，可融性及项目风险分配三方面平衡考虑，选择最适合项目的融资方式将是未来我国国际工程项目融资的发展方向。为了促进项目融资推动国际工程总承包业务的开展，本文提出了“将项目融资的关注点集中在项目本身、努力创新项目融资模式、想方设法实现项目融资闭环、合理识别分配项目融资风险”等建议，希望对未来国际工程项目融资业务的实施有所帮助。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With our “the Belt and Road” initiative raised up from 2013, domestic EPC enterprises plays more and more important roles in the global market., and how-to better use project financing to encourage their business has become a key research. The new pursuit of project financing has also become a new direction for all contracting companies to explore. Through the theoretical research of literature, this study elaborates on the development, mode, principle, characteristics of project financing, compares the various financing modes. Combined with the core connotation of project financing, the paper further proposes how to structure and plan a new model of international EPC project financing under the current market environment: such as bond financing, financial leasing, and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) financing to meet the needs of today's international engineering business. The article also explores how to improve project financing and make practical recommendations for its future development. The paper believes that project financing is one of the basic measures to implement China's "One Belt, One Road" initiative and promote the development of related industries. Grasping the three aspects as project economics, financial solvability and risk-sharing, and then evaluate the cost, benefits and risks of each financing method, is the direction of EPC project financing development. The author suggests that doing project financing should focus on the project economics, innovate new financing model, circle the financing loop and share the risks, to help explore the path of the project financing future. | |
