中文摘要:随着我国经济高速发展,随之而来的是不断增长的航空市场业务需求。领航通用航空有限公司(以下简称领航通航)是一家飞行员培训学校,从2016年启动运行以来安全飞行20000多小时,已培训完成各类学员200多名,在当今中国的飞行员培训领域已经崭露头角。 但是,随着中国低空空域改革的不断深入,国家对通用航空产业的大力发展,投资市场意识到我国飞行员培训市场供给关系失衡,所以不断有新的飞行培训学校筹建成立。因此,领航通航既迎来了巨大的发展机遇,也面临着日益剧烈的竞争。本文针对这样一个市场状况,运用竞争战略管理的相关理论,分析了领航通航的内部外部环境,对国内外的飞行培训市场进行了调查和分析,并对比了主要竞争对手的能力和状况,运用价值链理论分析了本公司的内部环境,总结了领航通航的优势和劣势因素,然后根据上述的调查分析结果,对上述的因素进行综合分析,得出了领航通航采取成本领先战略的结论,并论述了为实现成本领先战略所需的实施方案,确保在新一轮的竞争中保持优势。 
英文摘要:As the rapid development of Chinese economy, the increasing demand of aviation market becomes a necessary trend. LingHang General Aviation co., LTD. (Hereinafter referred to as LingHang) is a civil aviation pilot training school. Since our operation in 2016, we has accumulated more than 20,000 hours of safe flight and helped more than 200 trainees completed their trainings. However, with the continuous deepening of Chinese low-altitude airspace reforming, China has made great efforts to develop the general aviation industry. Because of imbalance between supply of pilot in each year and training market, new flight schools are set up continuously. Therefore, LingHang has not only ushered in great development opportunities, but also faced with increasingly fierce competition. This thesis is based on such a market environment. We have analysed the theory of strategic management, the pilot demand either internal or external environment of domestic and foreign. We have also evaluated the investigation and analysis of flight training market, and compared the abilities and situations of our main competitive companies. We applied the Value Chain Theory to analyze the internal environment of our company, summarized the advantage and disadvantage factors of LingHang. According to the investigation, analysis of the results above and SWOT analysis, the conclusion comes out that we should follow the Low Cost Strategy, and discuss the plans needed to achieve Low Cost Strategy. Using these strategies to make sure LingHang staying ahead in this new round of competition.
