中文摘要:改革开放40年是中国逐渐强大崛起的40年,随着我国经济水平和贸易水平的不断提升,与国际贸易构成互补性服务的物流服务产业,也得到前所未有的发展空间,越来越受到国家和各地区的重视,相关的扶植政策也不断出台,为物流服务行业的发展壮大提供有力保障。 与发达国家相比,我国的物流服务行业发展时间仅有二三十年,行业实力也与发达国家存在一定的差距。但我国飞速发展的国民经济水平和国际贸易水平,为物流服务行业带来巨大的市场,一时间国内外众多物流公司都瞄准机会进军中国物流市场,使我国物流行业竞争非常激烈。 A公司作为有着近三十年从业历史的国有物流公司,尽管在物流运营经验和资源积累方面有着较大的优势,但在物流管理理念和现代物流技术的应用领域较为滞后。若想在当前激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,并实现企业的可持续发展,就必须寻找出适合公司今后发展的方向,制定出有独特性、品牌鲜明的物流服务战略。 本文先指出A公司当前的服务战略存在的问题,提出A公司在经营中所面临的困境与挑战,从而提出A公司服务战略转型的必然要求。而后,运用PEST分析法、五力模型、SWOT分析法等战略分析模型,对A公司所处的行业外部宏观环境和行业内部环境进行详细分析,并结合A公司自身的优势和劣势,提出A公司应该进行专业定制化的物流服务战略转型,以应对当前激烈的竞争形势。最后,针对所提出的转型目标,分别从服务产品设计、服务营销、供应商整合、物流管理信息化保障几个方面给出一系列切实可行的方案和措施。 
英文摘要:It has been about 40 years since China implemented the policy of reform and opening up, and consequently China is getting much more rising. With great progress promoted in China's economy and trade level, the logistics service industry, which constitutes complementary service with international trade, has also enjoyed unprecedented development space, and has attracted more and more attention from countries and regions. Relevant supporting policies have also been introduced continuously, providing strong guarantee for the development of logistics service industry. Compared with the developed countries, China's logistics service industry has only started for about thirty years, and there is a certain gap between the strength of the industry in China and that of the developed countries. However, China's rapid development of national economy and international trade level has brought a huge market to the logistics service industry. In no time, many domestic and foreign logistics companies aim at the opportunity to enter China's logistics market, which makes the competition in China's logistics industry very fierce. As a state-owned logistics company with nearly 30 years' working history, company A has great advantages in logistics operation experience and resource accumulation, but lags behind in logistics management concept and the application of modern logistics technology. If company A wants to gain a firm foothold in the current fierce market competition and realize the sustainable development of enterprises, it must find a suitable direction for the future development of the company, and formulate a unique and distinctive logistics service strategy. This paper firstly points out the existing problems of company A's current service strategy, puts forward the difficulties and challenges faced by company A in its operation, and then puts forward the inevitable requirements of company A's service strategy transition. Then, using PEST analysis, Five Force Model, SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis models, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the external macro-environment and the internal environment of the industry in which Company A is located. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of company A, it puts forward that company A should carry out the strategic transition of specialized customized logistics services in order to cope with the current fierce competition. Finally, in view of the proposed transition goals, the paper gives a series of practical solutions and measures respectively from the service product design, service marketing, supplier integration, logistics management information security.
