| 中文摘要: | 作为项目管理的重要组成部分,监理方与施工方沟通管理是项目管理方法在实际应用中的体现。本文从监理方的角度,通过对监理方与施工方沟通管理的分析,运用沟通管理的相关理论,研究监理方与施工方沟通管理的方式。 自从1985国家开始实行建设监理试点,到1996年转入全面发展阶段,至今已有20余年。本人自从2004年开始从事监理工作,到2008年先后在几个项目中担任监理工程师及总监理工程师代表工作,对建设工程监理工作有了一定的认识,深感监理方与施工方沟通管理的重要性及双方沟通中存在诸多问题,导致双方沟通不畅、矛盾重重等现象。 本文充分运用项目管理的思想和方法,探讨监理方与施工方的沟通管理。具体而言有以下两个目的:(1)通过对监理方与施工方沟通管理方法的研究,使工程建设顺利进行、监理任务圆满完成。(2)工程建设项目在实施程中监理方与施工方处于和谐的氛围,建立良好的关系。本文通过文献中的书籍阅读,吸收前人的宝贵经验,把握项目沟通管理的理论动向。将沟通管理理论与建设项目的特殊性相结合并通过与本公司多年从事总监理工程师工作的总监交流,对监理方与施工方沟通管理进行理论分析和逻辑推理,总结监理方与施工方沟通管理框架,研究监理方与施工方沟通管理方式。最后通过案例法进行实证研究。 全文共分为六章,第一章为绪论,主要是提出问题,说明选题的意义,阐述沟通管理的研究现状及研究路线和内容等;第二章对论文中应用到的相关理论进行了回顾;第三章对监理方与施工方的沟通框架了分析,主要有双方沟通独特性、沟通方式、沟通总体框架等。第四章提出解决监理方与施工方的沟通管理中存在的问题的方式,包括建立沟通管理体系、一般沟通管理、冲突状态沟通管理等。第五章通过上述分析和研究并结合本人在滨海新区西中环快速路一期工程中的实践验证了研究成果。第六章结论,主要介绍了本文的研究成果及不足之处。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Communication management between project administration and management organization and construction contractor, as an important part in project management, is actual application of project management method. This paper stands in the position of project administration and management organization, and study the communication management method between project administration and management organization and construction contractor through deep analysis with communication management between them utilizing the related theory of communication management. Administration and management of project has been put to experiment in 1985 in our country, and then turned to overall development in 1996. It has been over 20 years since 1985. I have begun to be engaged in the job of administration and management since 2004, and taken the job successively of professional construction manager and chief representative of professional construction manager in several projects in 2008. Through the works, I have the certain cognition about administration and management on project, realize the communication management is very important between project administration and management organization and construction contractor, and a lot of problems have been in both side of them on communication. Thus resulted in communicate breakdown, much more inconsistency and etc between both side. In this paper Discussing communication management method between project administration and management organization and construction contractor using ideas and methods of the project management thoroughly. There are two objectives: One was making the engineering construction going with a swing, and the assignment of supervise putting a cross. On the other hand was creating the harmonious atmosphere and establishing a good business relationship between project administration and management organization and construction contractor when in the engineering construction was implemented. Grasping the theoretics project of communications management tendency through reading books in literature, absorbing the experiences of forefather. The theory of communication management and the specificity of construction project were integrated. Put up theoretical analysis and logic reasoning between project administration and management organization and construction contractor through intercommunion with general supervision engineer in our company. Sum up the management frame between administration and management on project. Study the methods of administration and management on project. Finally, empirical research was carried out through law of the cases. the first chapter is an introduction mainly to bring forward a problem, explain the significance of selected topic and the research present situation and research route of communication management and so on; The second chapter is looked back for the related theory that applied in paper; The 3th chapter is analyzing the communication frame between project administration and management organization and construction contractor, mainly containing uniqueness of mutual communication, communication way and overall frame of communication etc.. The 4th chapter solves the problem existing in the communication management, including establishment to link up management system, general communication management method and communication management method at conflict state. The5th chapter have verified research accomplishment through above-mentioned analysis and research, combining my practice in first phase at west-middle circle of fast road project Binghai new area. The 6th chapter has mainly concluded research accomplishment and introduced insufficient place in this paper. | |
