| 中文摘要: | 融资租赁是与银行信贷、直接融资、信托、保险并列的五大金融形式之一,其在拉动社会投资、加速技术进步、促进消费增长以及在完善金融市场、优化融资结构、降低金融风险方面具有自己的特点和优势,在国际上已发展成为仅次于直接融资、银行信贷的第三大融资方式。在由商务部批准成立并监管的融资租赁公司划归原银监会监管之前,我国的融资租赁公司根据批准机构和监管主体的不同可分为两类:一类是由原银监会批准成立并监管的金融租赁公司,另一类是由商务部批准成立的租赁公司,其中按企业出资方不同,可分为内资试点融资租赁公司和外商投资融资租赁公司。由于历史原因,各类租赁公司在业务发展、融资渠道等多方面存在差异,本文主要围绕D租赁公司,对外资租赁公司的经营策略优化研究。 D租赁公司成立于2012年,是经商务委员会批准设立的外资融资租赁公司。前几年实现了公司规模和收入水平的跨越式发展,但随着宏观经济环境和企业自身所处的阶段的变化,D租赁公司的发展遇到了瓶颈,其资产规模及收入水平发展速度减缓。 本文以此为背景,围绕D租赁公司的经营策略优化进行研究,首先运用五力模型对D租赁公司的所处行业进行分析并公司自身发展情况进行研究,总结出目前制约D租赁公司发展所存在的经营问题主要有业务开拓缺乏竞争优势、风险控制能力不足、融资能力制约业务发展等,进一步剖析其成因,通过SWOT分析方法对公司面对的机会、威胁以及自身的优势、劣势进行分析,总结出公司适用的战略。根据公司的实际情况以集中化战略为中心,从业务方面深耕重点领域、创新业务模式;风控角度设定行业准入标准、注重实质风险管理;搭建多种融资渠道即继续推进现有传统融资、扩大股权融资、构建境外融资渠道等多方面,对其经营策略进行优化,并提出具体保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Financial leasing is one of the five financial forms which are parallel with bank credit, direct financing, trust and insurance. It has its own characteristics and advantages in stimulating social investment, accelerating technological progress, promoting consumption growth, improving financial market, optimizing financing structure and reducing financial risks.It has developed into the third major financing mode after securities market and bank credit internationally.Before financial leasing companies approved by the Ministry of Commerce are put under the supervision of the original CBRC, China’s financial leasing companies can be divided into two types according to the different approval institutions and regulatory bodies: CBRC supervision of financial leasing company and the supervision of Ministry of Commerce of financial leasing company. The supervision of Ministry of Commerce of financial leasing company can be divided into domestic pilot finance leasing company and foreign finance leasing company according to the investors. Due to history reasons,different financial leasing companies have differences in business development, financing and other aspects.This paper mainly focuses on D financial leasing company and discusses the business strategies of foreign financial leasing companies. D financial leasing company, established in 2012, is a foreign financial leasing company approved by the Ministry of Commerce.In the past few years, the company's scale and income level have achieved a leap forward development. However, with the change of the economic environment and the stage of the enterprise itself, the development of D financialleasing company has encountered a bottleneck, and the development speed of its asset and income has slowed down. Based on this background, this paper studies the optimization of Dfinancial leasing company's business strategy. First, it analyzes the industry of D financialleasing company and its own development by using the five force model, summarizes the main business problems restricting the development of D financial leasing company are lack of competitive advantage in business development, lack of risk control ability, and restriction of business development by financing ability, further analysis of its causes. It analyzes the opportunities, threats and its own by SWOT. The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the applicable business strategies are obtained. According to the actual situation of the company, with the centralized strategy as the center, we will deepen our business in key areas and innovate business models; from the perspective of risk control, we will set up industry access standards and pay attention to substantial risk management; build multiple financing channels, that is, continue to promote the existing traditional financing, expand equity financing, and build overseas financing channels, optimize their business strategies, and put forward specific proposals safeguard measures. | |
