| 中文摘要: | 随着城市化进程不断推进,电梯已然是城市化过程中高层建筑和大型基础设施的必要配置。放眼全球,我国拥有最大的新梯市场,也是最大的电梯及相关配件生产基地,生产的电梯及其零部件远销各国。伴随电梯行业飞速发展,对于电梯产品,客户对产品的种类与技术也提出多样化需求,产品定制已经成为电梯企业的核心业务。早在1984年就进驻中国的奥的斯电梯公司带来了其先进的管理理念和技术创新成果,但面对电梯整体行业,在定制化产品项目上为了可以取得竞争优势,很多企业都投入更多经费用于研发,招揽大量技术人员,然而这些企业忙于产品更新与规模扩张,导致电梯产品频频出现质量问题的现状,奥的斯电梯公司也存在着对定制化产品设计项目的质量监管模式不够周密,对质量理念的理解不够深入的现状,因此,当前必须采取有效方式进行改进。实际来讲,奥的斯公司生产的定制化产品之所以出现设计质量问题,其实是因为产品定制化设计环节并未建立完备的质量监管体系。 本文中利用项目管理、项目质量管理、获取竞争优势等相关理论结合奥的斯定制化产品设计过程中存在的质量问题等分析奥的斯电梯定制化产品设计项目质量改进的机会和面临的机遇,从而设计出适合奥的斯电梯定制化产品设计的质量管理改进方案。通过利用多种ACE工具对奥的斯定制化产品设计项目进行了综合分析,以理论为基础并结合实践经验,运用依靠文献研究和实际调研总结等方法,根据定制化产品设计部门内管理运营中存在的问题和面对的挑战,依据项目管理相关理论,通过分析,找出关键质量改进点,针对关键点找出产品设计环节存在的问题,查证问题、挖掘问题根源,确保形成一个预防错误的质量解决方案并加以实施,并对优化后的质量管理进行评估与展望,从而真正提高奥的斯电梯公司的整体竞争优势。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of urbanization in China, elevators as a peripheral industry have become an essential accessory for high-rise buildings and large-scale infrastructure in the process of urbanization. China is the largest new elevator market in the world, and is the leading elevator and component production base, transporting elevators and elevator components to the world. The rapid development of the elevator industry and the increasing diversification of customer demand for elevator products, as well as the continuous use of new technologies, make customized product design the main battlefield for competition among elevator companies. As early as 1984, Otis Elevator Company in China brought its advanced management concepts and technological innovations. In the face of the elevator industry as a whole, in order to gain an advantage in the competition, the enterprises in the elevator industry are constantly adding Large design investment, recruiting technicians, but blind expansion and product updates have also caused a series of problems in the quality of elevator products. There are also extensive quality management methods for customized product design projects. The concept is vague and fragmented, and there are a large number of methods and methods that need to be improved. Fundamentally, the main reason for the current quality problems in the design of Otis Elevators customized products leads to the lack of competitiveness of the products. There is no systematic use of quality management tools in the process of customizing product design.
