中文摘要：	软件是互联网企业生存与发展的载体，因此软件开发是互联网企业的核心 业务之一。一方面软件开发本身具有高度的不确定性，另一方面互联网企业面 对的商业环境瞬息万变也具有高度不确定性，而且随着中国人口红利的逐渐消 退，互联网企业已经从增量竞争逐渐进入存量竞争更加剧了这种风险，因此对 互联网企业而言软件开发风险管理尤为重要。 本文的研究目的在基于 BC 公司自身资源与环境约束的情况下，为 BC 企业 提供一套具有实际意义的软件开发风险管理方法。本文以 BC 公司为案例，将 风险管理方法有机的融入敏捷软件开发模式。以用户价值作为于风险评估的量 纲，结合结构化计算与统计方法的优点，将 BC 公司软件开发过程中的风险加 以量化，以便更加客观的评估风险。并通过提升风险容量、降低风险当量等手 段以较经济的方式来应对风险，从而降低风险损失，提升 BC 公司软件开发的 效果。 本文首先分析了 BC 公司所面临的问题，并对 BC 公司软件开发过程中风险 的特点进行了归纳，针对 BC 公司软件开发风险管理的不足提出了相应的风险 管理方法。其次，提出了基于事前、事中、事后的软件开发过程风险管理策略， 并在此基础上进行了实施，实施后 BC 公司面临的问题在一定程度上得到缓解。 再次，本文归纳了相关的实施保障以保证实施可以顺利进行。最后，对全文进 行了总结，并归纳了研究中的不足之处。希望本文能对同行业的企业提供实例 参考。
英文摘要：	Software is the carrier of the survival and development of Internet companies, so software development is one of the core businesses of Internet companies. On the one hand, software development itself has a high degree of uncertainty. On the other hand, the Internet business environment is highly volatile and highly uncertain. As China's demographic dividends gradually subsided, Internet companies have gradually entered the stock competition from incremental competition. This kind of risk is therefore especially important for Internet companies in software development risk management. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a set of practical software development risk management methods for BC companies based on BC's own resources and environmental constraints. This article takes BC as an example and integrates the risk management method into the agile software development model. Taking user value as the dimension of risk assessment, combined with the advantages of structured computing and statistical methods, the risks in BC's software development process are quantified to more objectively assess risks. And by increasing risk capacity and reducing risk equivalents, it can respond to risks in a more economical way, thereby reducing risk losses and improving the effectiveness of BC's software development. This thesis first analyzes the problems faced by BC, and summarizes the characteristics of Internet software risks. On this basis, it summarizes the risk management strategies applicable to agile software development models. Secondly, it puts forward the corresponding risk management method for the BC company's software development risk management, and implements it in the actual development process of BC company. After the implementation, the problems faced by BC company are alleviated to some extent, and then the relevant The implementation guarantees to ensure that the implementation can proceed smoothly. Finally, the thesis is summarized and the shortcomings in the research are summarized. I hope this article can provide examples for enterprises in the same industry.
