中文摘要:随着工业4.0,智能制造等概念的提出,传统制造业通过采购自动化设备,更新智能系统等方式逐渐向智能制造转型升级。同时,随着互联网平台更加开放和便捷,使消费者的需求也更加多样化,因此企业间的竞争也更加激烈。提高产品质量,降低生产成本,提高生产线的生产效率,缩短供货周期等,都成为企业提高自身竞争力,取悦消费者的方式途径。随着设备系统的智能升级,建立健全的生产操作和设备维护系统,对高效稳定的生产尤为重要。 N制药有限公司是一家外资企业,主要生产胰岛素针剂。公司生产运营过程中存在设备故障率高,废品率高,生产效率低等问题。因此公司近几年来开始推行TPM系统,虽然取得了一定的效果,但推行不够全面且进度缓慢,仅有5S 和PDCA等工具在使用。 本文基于TPM理论和管理思想,从TPM系统推行的普遍步骤对N制药公司TPM系统的整体推行状况和已使用的TPM系统工具5S和PDCA循环的应用现状进行访问调研,归纳总结出现有TPM系统在生产管理中的应用的问题。结合N制药公司的实际运营状况提出TPM系统的优化方案,制定出切实可行的执行计划。此外,优化员工激励机制,建立与之相适应的认证制度和绩效考核制度,通过保障措施进一步确保TPM系统顺利推行。 研究表明,根据不同企业所处的内外环境不同,以及企业本身不断发展,企业需要结合自身的现状选择合适的工具,构建并完善TPM系统,持续不断执行改善,以确保系统顺利推行并切实解决企业的运营问题。本文对N制药公司的运营管理现状的改善和提高有一定的指导意义,对如何针对企业的现状有效引入TPM方法论,建立适合企业自身的TPM系统以达到企业战略目标和运营结果提供一定的参考。 
英文摘要:With the concept of industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing being put forward, traditional manufacturing industry gradually transforms and upgrades to intelligent manufacturing by purchasing automation equipment and updating intelligent system. At the same time, as the Internet platform is more open and convenient, the demand of consumers is more diversified, so the competition among enterprises is more intense. Improving product quality, reducing production costs, improving production efficiency of production lines and shortening the supply cycle have become method for enterprises to improve their competitiveness and to delight consumers. With the intelligent upgrading of equipment system, it is particularly important to establish a sound production operation and equipment maintenance system for efficient and stable production. N Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a foreign-funded enterprise, which mainly produces insulin injection. In the process of production and operation, there are problems such as high failure rate of equipment, high waste rate and low production efficiency. So in recent years, the company began to practice TPM, although it has achieved some results, but the implementation is not comprehensive and slow. Only 5S and PDCA tools are in use. Based on TPM theory and management thought, this thesis investigates the overall implementation status of TPM system in N company and the application status of TPM tools 5S and PDCA cycle in use from the general steps of TPM system implementation and summarizes the current problems of TPM production management. According to the actual operation situation of N company, the optimization scheme of TPM system is put forward, and the feasible implementation plan is worked out. In addition, we should optimize staff incentive mechanism, establish appropriate certification system and performance appraisal system, and further ensure the smooth implementation of TPM system through safeguards. The research shows that, according to the different internal and external environment of different enterprises, the enterprises themselves have been developing continuously. Enterprises need to choose appropriate tools according to their own situation, construct and improve TPM system, and continuously implement and improve it to ensure the smooth implementation of the system and effectively solve the operation problems of enterprises. This thesis has a certain guiding significance for the improvement of the operation and management status of N Company, and provides some reference for how to effectively introduce TPM methodology to the current situation of the enterprise, and establish TPM operation system suitable for the enterprise itself in order to achieve the strategic objectives and operation results of the enterprise.
