中文摘要:当前,在互联网时代的经济背景下,在这个充满复杂性、模糊性、易变性、不确定性的时代下,企业未来的道路何去何从、企业战略管理方向如何确立等等问题摆在组织领导者面前。人力资源管理作为企业的重要组成部分,能否为组织找到发展方向,能否为组织拨开云雾,能否为企业创造价值,越来越成为人力资源从业者专注研究的课题。人力资源管理大师戴维?尤里奇一直在探讨一个问题:“人力资源如何为股东、顾客和员工创造更多的附加价值?”他提出:人力资源工作者想要发挥自己的最大价值,必须在三项工作上努力,分别是:战略性人力资源(将人力资源与事业策略结合)、人力资源策略(建立自己的使命、计划、与目标等)和人力资源组织(设计、诊断及改进服务流程或组织等活动),唯有这样才能将战略转化为成果,以达成经营计划的实现。 仓储物流行业,作为电子商务的末端环节,越来越发挥着提高顾客体验,提升企业价值的重要角色,它成为顾客评价一个企业、组织或者平台好坏的最主要的衡量标准。那么,仓储物流行业的人力资源管理如何为企业赋能,便成为一个亟待研究的课题。但由于该行业在社会经济中的诞生时间较短,且发展势头较快,所以尚未有系统的人力资源管理对其发挥作用。本文通过梳理相关理论,对于仓储物流企业内部作业流程及实际需求进行探讨,反思现有的人力资源管理的不合理之处,详细分析现代电商仓储物流行业中对于人力资源管理及从业者的要求,提出该行业中人力资源管理的战略定位、重要作用的研究结论,以及如何实现人力资源策略的具体解决方案。 本论文首先阐述了课题的研究背景、研究内容以及仓储板块人力资源管理相关理论,并对国内外研究现状进行分析。然后,根据DD公司仓储板块的基本情况和人力资源管理现状,分析其战略优化的必要性并确定战略选择。之后,结合DD公司战略目标制定人力资源管理战略实施的职能策略,分析了公司仓储物流板块人力资源管理战略及职能策略有效实施的保障,完善人力资源管理流程并论述了实施的有效性。  
英文摘要:At present, in the context of the Internet economy, in this era of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, the future of the enterprise and the establishment of the direction of corporate strategic management are in front of the organizational leaders. As an important part of the enterprise, human resource management can find a development direction for the organization, whether it can open up the cloud for the organization, and whether it can create value for the enterprise, and it has become a topic of research focused by human resources practitioners. Human resources management guru David Urich has been discussing a question: “How does human resources create more added value for shareholders, customers and employees?” He suggested that HR workers must be fully engaged in three jobs. They are: strategic human resources (combining human resources with business strategies), human resources strategies (building their own missions, plans, goals, etc.) and human resources organizations (designing, diagnosing and improving service processes or organizations). Only in this way can the strategy be transformed into results to achieve the realization of the business plan. As the end link of e-commerce, the warehousing and logistics industry is playing an increasingly important role in improving customer experience and enhancing corporate value. It has become the most important measure for customers to evaluate a company, organization or platform. Then, how human resource management in the warehousing and logistics industry empowers enterprises has become an urgent issue for research. However, due to the short birth time of the industry in the social economy and the rapid development momentum, there is no systematic human resource management to play its role. This paper explores relevant internal processes and actual needs by retrieving relevant theories, rethinking the irrationalities of existing human resource management, and analyzing in detail the requirements of human resources management and practitioners in the modern warehousing and logistics industry, and proposes specific research conclusions and solutions. The paper first expounds the research background, research content and the theory of human resources management in the warehouse sector and the detailed analysis of the research status at home and abroad. Then, according to the basic situation of DD company's warehouse segment and the status quo of human resource management, analyze the necessity of strategic optimization and determine the strategic choice. After that, combined with the strategic goals of DD company to formulate the functional strategy of human resource management strategy implementation, analyzed the protection of the human resources management strategy and functional strategy of the company's warehouse logistics segment, improved the human resource management process and discussed the effectiveness of the implementation.
