中文摘要：	在市场竞争日益加剧的今天，新产品研发已经成为了各企业在市场竞争中获得成功的关键活动。随着制造加工的产业升级和产业结构调整，机床作为制造加工的母机，其功能和性能的快速升级也成为了整个行业强烈且持续性的要求。机床产品作为大型耐用型工业品，其更新换代的速度也日益加快，对于机床整机设备的提供商的研发能力提出了越来越高的要求。 从另一方面讲，企业研发的产品之所以能获得成功，除了要求其自身的研发能力够强，制造能力卓越，还要求在整个研发过程完善而具有特色的管理。这是一个企业的特色，也是企业核心竞争力的一部分。研发过程的质量控制是这一管理过程中极为重要的部分，它是对于项目质量实施情况的监督和管理，对于最终产品上市时的表现有着至关重要的作用。 本论文首先系统介绍了机床产品研发项目质量控制的现状并回顾了项目质量控制的相关理论。其次，阐述了B公司新产品研发项目质量控制的独特性和质量控制框架。对B公司机床产品研发项目的独特性、机床产品研发项目质量管理的独特性以及机床产品研发项目质量控制的独特性进行了介绍。对目前B公司液压板料折弯机产品研发项目的项目管理、质量管理流程现状进行了介绍和总结。使用理论工具对B公司新产品研发项目的质量控制流程进行了设计。再次，阐述了B公司机床产品研发项目质量控制方法。对机床产品研发项目的前期质量标准、过程质量标准和结果质量标准进行了介绍。针对项目各阶段不同特点的管理方法选取进行了归纳。对B公司机床产品研发项目质量控制的支持条件进行了阐述。最后，以X产品研发项目为例，通过运用质量控制理论和质量控制工具，对B公司折弯机产品研发项目质量控制存在的问题有针对性的提出具体方案，并对改进方案进行了实践。
英文摘要：	With the increasing market competition, new product R & D has become a key activity for enterprises to succeed in the market competition. With the industrial upgrading and industrial structure adjustment of manufacturing and processing, as the master machine of manufacturing and processing, the rapid upgrading of its function and performance has become a strong and sustained demand of the whole industry. As a large-scale durable industrial product, the speed of renewal of machine tool products is also increasing, which puts forward higher and higher requirements for the R&D ability of machine tool equipment suppliers. On the other hand, the success of the products researched and developed by enterprises requires not only the strong R & D ability and excellent manufacturing ability, but also the perfect and characteristic management in the whole R & D process. This is the characteristics of an enterprise and also a part of its core competitiveness. The quality control of R & D process is a very important part of this management process. It is the supervision and management of the implementation of project quality, and plays an important role in the performance of the final product when it comes to the market. Firstly, this paper systematically introduces the current situation of quality control of machine tool product R & D project and reviews the relevant theories of project quality control. Secondly, the uniqueness and quality control framework of new product R & D project quality control in company B are described. This paper introduces the uniqueness of R & D project of machine tool products, quality management of R & D project of machine tool products and quality control of R & D project of machine tool products of company B. This paper introduces and summarizes the current situation of project management and quality management process in the R & D project of hydraulic sheet metal bending machine of company B. The quality control process of new product R & D project of company B is designed by using theoretical tools. Thirdly, the quality control method of R & D project of B company's machine tool products is described. This paper introduces the early quality standard, process quality standard and result quality standard of machine tool R & D project. According to the different characteristics of each stage of the project, the selection of management methods is summarized. The supporting conditions for quality control of R&D project of machine tool products in company B are described. Finally, taking the X product R & D project as an example, through the use of quality control theory and quality control tools, this paper puts forward specific solutions to the problems existing in the quality control of the bending machine R & D project of company B, and practices the improvement solutions.
