中文摘要: | 当工业4.0循着信息化的足迹自然演化而来时,万物互联时代已初见端倪。技术上的突破打开了人们一个个的脑洞,对未来生活充满了想象。我们该带着怎样的商业认知继往开来,商业模式的创新又是如何发生与演进,对传统企业的转型又有什么借鉴意义,这些问题值得花些精力来思考。 “人单合一”自2005年底由海尔张瑞敏提出以来,经历了14年的发展。期间伴随着海尔集团的战略转型及商业实践,内容不断充实,也引起了产业界的兴趣及学术界的关注。从现实意义讲,海尔的成长经历也是改革开放以来国内企业发展历程的一个缩影,作为案例,其内容具有典型性。为不同类型企业的转型提供了借鉴和参考。从理论意义讲,它是为数不多始终坚持以“人是目的”、以人的价值发挥为出发点进行创新的商业模式,理论具有独特性。另一方面,它在迭代过程中充分地体现了“自以为非”的理念,紧跟时代变革的步伐和理论前沿,内容具有前瞻性。“人单合一”模式也引起了国内外知名管理学家和北大、哈佛、沃顿等商学院的关注,成为为数不多具有国际影响力的中国案例。 综合前人的研究可以发现,这个源自于产业界的想法经历了从简单实践总结到理论化体系化的过程,但当前对“人单合一”的研究多是从管理的各个领域展开或是以实践应用为主。把“人单合一”作为商业模式的文献也多是从它发展历史中的某个片段展开,忽略了动态性。从历史视角对“人单合一”进行系统化整理,找到其内涵构成及演化中的变与不变显得尤为必要。透过“人单合一”适用性的研究探讨这一模式推广的价值与具体策略供各类企业参考。 本文在研究过程中坚持以一手官方资料为基础构建模型。本文选择了理论提出者张瑞敏在四个不同历史阶段对”人单合一“的官方论述,利用文献研究及扎根理论的基本思想,忠实地描述了其概念与结构。同时选择了海尔内参的六百八十份社论做为基础,利用社会网络的分析方法,还原和发掘演进过程中的底层逻辑。 | |
英文摘要: | When Industry4.0 evolved naturally along the footprint of IT revolution, the era of IoT has begun to emerge. Technological breakthroughs enlighten people time and again, and bring people imaginations for future life. What kind of business cognition should we carry forward, how the business model innovation(BMI) occurs and develops, and what reference to traditional enterprises for their transformation, these matters deserve to think about. Since Rendanheyi was put forward by Haier’s Zhang Ruimin at the end of 2005, it has developed 14 years. During this period, the content is constantly enriched along with Haier Group's strategic transformation and business practice, which has also aroused the interest of the industry and the attention of the academic community. In terms of practical significance, Haier's growth experience is also a representative of domestic enterprises since China's reform and opening up. As a case, it is typical. At the same time, it provides a reference to different enterprises for their transformation. From the theoretical point of view, there are few business models that insist on innovating with the view of "human beings are ends". On the other hand, the upgrade of Rendanheyi fully embodies the concept of "self-righteousness", it closely follows the pace of the times and the theoretical frontier, with forward-looking content. The Rendanheyi model has attracted the attention of famous scholars form domestic and abroad, and also some business schools such as Peking University, Harvard and Wharton. It has become one of the few Chinese cases with international influence. Based on previous studies, it can be found that this idea originated from industry has undergone a process from simple practice to theoretical systematization, but the current research on Rendanheyi is mostly carried out from various fields of management or practical application. Papers that regard Rendanheyi as a business model are mostly based on fragments in the history of its development, ignoring the dynamic nature. From a historical perspective, it is particularly necessary to systematically sort out the Rendanheyi and find out its connotation, composition and changes and invariability in its evolution. Through the research on the adaptability of Rendanheyi this paper explore the popularizing value and specific applying strategies for various enterprises to reference. In the process of research, we insist on building a model based on first-hand official data. This paper chooses Zhang Ruimin, the theoretical proponent, as the basis of his official exposition of Rendanheyi at four different historical stages, to faithfully describe its concept and content by means of literature research and grounded theory. At the same time, based on 680 editorials of Haier's internal publications, we use the method of social network analysis to faithfully restore and explore the evolution process and key factors. In the process of research, we insist on building a model based on first-hand official data. This paper chooses Zhang Ruimin’s, the proponent of the theory, official expositions of Rendanheyi at four different historical stages, and faithfully describes its concept and structure by using the basic ideas of literature research and grounded theory. At the same time, 680 editorials of Haier's internal publications were selected as the basis, and underlying logic in the process of evolution were restored and explored by using the method of social network analysis. | |
