中文摘要:商业银行是我国银行业金融机构的主力军,在金融市场交易中发挥着重要的作用。但随着商业银行数量的激增,银行业逐渐出现了同质化经营严重、质量良莠不齐的现象。特别是近年来,随着利率市场化改革的深入与外部监管形势的收紧,商业银行业务模式的灵活性与多样性在合规框架之下受到限制,盈利空间一再被压缩,生存环境更加严峻。而在此背景之下迎战互联网平台对传统行业的冲击,商业银行显得毫无招架之力。因此,如何在激烈的内外部竞争中找到一条出路,形成区别于同业的核心竞争力成为每一家商业银行冥思苦想、孜孜求索之所在。 本文以一家具有代表性的全国性股份制商业银行K银行作为案例公司,以商业银行经营模式转型为研究对象,综合运用文献分析法、案例分析法、实地调研访谈法等研究方法,对K银行公司业务平台化经营模式展开了全面、透彻的研究。本文从K银行公司业务传统经营模式入手,首先对其所处的竞争环境及陷入困境的原因进行了简单的分析,阐述了K银行谋求经营模式转型的必要性和必然性,从而引出了K银行的平台化经营模式;随后,本文重点介绍了K银行公司业务平台化经营模式的发展历程和发展现状,在对K银行平台化经营模式下产品创新、技术创新、服务创新的思路和做法进行梳理的基础上,挖掘其中存在的问题,进而有针对性地提出优化提升对策,形成研究结论。 经过研究,本文主要得出以下结论:平台化经营模式是商业银行转型的解决方案之一,但不是唯一出路,商业银行导入平台化经营模式应是一个循序渐进、按部就班的过程,切不可操之过急;但目前的商业银行平台化经营模式依然存在很多问题,需要在转型深化中加以修正,而且平台化经营模式也同样会带来新的竞争问题。本文以点带面,透过案例公司展现商业银行创新进取、积极转型的努力与尝试,其中有关商业银行导入平台化经营模式的探讨对于理论与实践均有借鉴意义,是本文的创新与价值所在。 
英文摘要:Commercial banks are the main force of China's banking financial institutions and play an important role in financial market transactions. However, with the rapid increase in the number of commercial banks, it gradually?shows the phenomenon of homogenization and uneven quality. Especially in recent years, with the deepening of interest rate marketization reform and the tightening of external supervision, the flexibility and diversity of commercial banks' business models are limited under the compliance framework, which causes the profit compression and a much severer living environment. Under?this?background, commercial banks are powerless to face the impact of Internet platform on traditional industries. Therefore, how to form the core competence which is different from the same industry to find a way out in the fierce internal and external competition has become the top topic among China's commercial banks. This paper takes K bank, a representative national joint-stock commercial bank, as the case company to analyze and takes business model transition as the research object. By using literature analysis, case analysis, investigation and interview and other research methods, it makes a comprehensive and thorough study on the platform business model in corporate line of K bank. Starting with the traditional business model in corporate line of K bank, this paper makes a brief analysis of its competitive environment and the reasons for the difficulties to expound the necessity and inevitability of business model transition and then lead to the platform business model of K bank. Afterwards, this paper focuses on the development course and the current situation of the platform business model in corporate line of K bank. By summarizing the ideas and practices of product innovation, technology innovation and service innovation under the platform business model of K bank, this paper tries to dig out the existing problems, puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions and finally forms the research conclusion. After this research, we mainly draws the following conclusions. The platform business model is one of the solutions to the transition of commercial banks, but it is not the only way out. The introduction of the platform business model into commercial banks should be a step-by-step process, and it must not be done too quickly. Nevertheless, there are still many problems in the platform business model of commercial banks, which need to be solved with the deepening of the transition. The platform business model may also bring some new competition problems. Through the case company, this paper shows the efforts and attempts of innovation and transition of commercial banks in a point-to-surface way. The exploration of the introduction of platform business model into commercial banks could provide some useful experiences for both theory and practice, which is the?innovation point and the value?of?this?paper.
