| 中文摘要: | 随着社会发展,各行各业对信息化的需求越来越高,软件的规模日益扩大,复杂度越来越高。移动电话已经发展成为人们日常生活不可缺少的通信手段,移动通信网络维护手段也不断变革发展,天津移动通信网络智能监控软件系统作为一种信息化手段快速发展并成为维护工作的基础,它归属于话务网管。信息化项目不能满足业务方的需求、项目费用超支、项目进度延时的现象在当今社会十分普遍。在移动企业,网络规模化发展使网络监控手段的变革及快速提升,使天津移动话务网管项目建设的成败成为移动企业发展的关键问题。 本论文分析了天津移动通信网络智能监控软件项目建设过程中,由于疏于风险管理而导致项目一再延期的经验教训,并将该项目与本企业同类项目以及外省同行业的同类项目做比较分析异同点。 论文按照风险管理的基本方法和措施结合天津移动通信网络智能监控软件项目的特殊性对天津移动通信网络智能监控软件项目的风险管理方法和措施进行了深入研究,按照SEI风险管理模型对本项目进行风险识别、风险分析、风险计划、风险跟踪和风险应对,并总结分析,力求在理论层面深入探索,应用到实际工作中能够有效解决问题,提高软件开发的成功率。 本文研究的问题的过程和来自于作者的亲身工作经历和具体实践,证明了SEI风险管理过程适用于移动行业大型软件项目的风险管理,归纳出适合于移动通信行业大型软件开发项目风险管理措施,对同行业有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the social progress , the demands of information from all trade becomes more and more , scale of software keeps extending , and the software gets more and more complex . Mobile phones have become an indispensable way of communications in people’s live, and the mobile communications network maintenance mode has also changed mostly. Tianjin Mobile Communications Network Intelligence monitoring software system as a means of rapid development of information technology and become the basis of maintenance work, it belongs to traffic network. This thesis mainly studies the methods and ways of risk management in the constructions of the Tianjin Mobile Network Maintenance System Project. Can’t fill the business requirements, overspend of the costs, progress delay, all these phenomena are very common nowadays in information projects. In the mobile enterprise, network development of large-scale changes in network monitoring and rapid means to upgrade, so that the success or failure of mobile network maintenance system project becomes the key issue in the developments of Tianjin mobile. In this paper, an analysis of the mobile communication network in Tianjin intelligent monitoring software project construction, as a result of negligence resulting in project risk management and lessons learned has been postponed several times, and the project with similar projects, as well as enterprises from other provinces of similar projects with the industry to do a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences point. This thesis uses the basic methods and processes of risk management, combined the specificity of the Tianjin Mobile Communications network intelligently monitoring software project. Carry out in-depth study of risk management and methods of the Tianjin Mobile Communications Network Intelligently Monitoring Software Project, in accordance with the SEI model for risk identification, risk evaluation, risk control planning, risk tracking, and risk handle of this project, and summarize. Try to reach the deep theoretical study, and solve the problems in practical work effectively. The issue of this thesis comes from the author’s work and practical experience, proves that the SEI model is suitable to the risk management of IT project of Mobile, summaries the methods and ways of effective risk management of Mobile IT project . It also has the reference guide of the risk control in the same type of industry. | |
