| 中文摘要: | 汽车行业发展历经百年,其相关行业整体发展比较稳定。传统燃油汽车行业生命周期业已成熟,行业内的相关企业通过学习经验基本完成规模生产,产品逐渐趋同。但是由于科技的不断发展和各国人民生活水平的提高,终端消费者的需求越来越多,自动化、互联化、清洁化,都有待与成熟的汽车技术进一步深化融合,因此新型汽车行业的生命周期也同时拉开了序幕。这使得二者有了特殊的重叠期。 C汽车零部件公司具有百年历史,从老牌轮胎企业向汽车零部件行业的转型过渡,在短短20年就获得了显著成功。20年的兼并扩张道路,使其稳稳的坐在了汽车零部件行业世界排名前五的宝座上。面对当前特殊行业交叠局势,作为行业内的标杆C公司希望技能在传统燃油行业零部件市场维持当前市场地位,又能够尽快转型在新型汽车零部件市场中抓住机遇,建立竞争优势,实现可持续发展。 本文基于迈克尔波特的三大通用战略理论,根据C公司的实践情况,从政治、经济、社会、技术环境四个方面建立了PEST模型;然后运用五力模型对其上、下游议价能力,新进入者和替代者威胁,现有竞争者等行业内竞争态势进行进一步分析;并根据公司能力及资源角度对C公司进行全面的剖析,结合SWOT模型制定适合其发展的混合竞争战略;最后利用价值链分析模型提出战略实施建议及保障措施。 通过针对C公司的分析和研究,希望能够为本行业及其他行业内的企业遇到类似情境提供战略参考,并为后续混合战略可行性及实际成功率研究做出了一些探索,也期待未来能有更多的研究成果。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The development of the automotive industry has been going through a hundred years, and the overall development of its related industries has been relatively stable. The life cycle of the traditional fuel vehicle industry has matured, and relevant enterprises in the industry have basically completed scale production through learning experience, and products have gradually converge. However, due to the continuous development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards in various countries, the demand of end consumers is increasing. Automation, interconnection and cleanliness have to be further integrated with mature automobile technology. Therefore, the life cycle of the new automobile industry was started at the same time. This gives a special overlap between the two. Automotive Parts Enterprise C has a 100-year history, and the transition from the old tire company to the auto parts industry has achieved remarkable success in just 20 years. The 20-year merger and expansion road has made it sit firmly on the top five in the world of auto parts industry. In the face of the current overlap in special industries, as the benchmark in the industry, C company hopes that its skills will maintain current position in the traditional fuel industry parts market, and in parallel it could be transform itself in the new auto parts market as soon as possible to seize the opportunity and establish a competitive advantage for sustainable development. Based on Michael Porter's three general strategic theories, this paper establishes the PEST model from the political, economic, social, and technological environments according to the practice of Company C. Then, using the five-force model to evaluate its upstream and downstream bargaining power, the new The threat of entrants and substitutes, further analysis of the competitive situation in the existing competitors and other industries; and a comprehensive analysis of C companies based on the company's capabilities and resources, combined with SWOT model to develop a mixed competitive strategy suitable for its development; The value chain analysis model proposes strategic implementation recommendations and safeguards. Through analysis and research for C company, I hope to provide strategic reference for companies in the industry and other industries to encounter similar situations, and make some explorations for the feasibility and actual success rate of the hybrid strategy, and look forward to having more research result in the future. | |
