中文摘要:大宗商品供应链金融业务的从业者多起家于大宗商品贸易或物流行业,其主要服务于制造业,作为外源性融资的一种方式,解决相关企业的经营性现金流短缺问题。随着生产技术的发展、国际分工的调整、国内外产能的变化,随着金融市场的改革和利率市场化的发展,大宗商品供应链金融业务模式不断演进。然而,依托单一优势竞争已经陷入红海,在当前的同质化竞争中,企业毛利率水平越来越低,客户粘性不强等问题日益突出,企业的长远发展受到挑战。从传统大宗商品供应链金融的拼费用、拼效率、拼胆量,即比拼代理费率高低、物流分供方通过率和预付款额度,到比拼资源整合,即比拼上游资源独特性及物流资源的拥有或控制能力,到复合化业务模式的叠加——不同的模式需要的上游资源、物流支持与下游的客户生态以及组织内人员素质能力水平生态也不同。而从工业时代到互联网时代,数据作为资产,算法作为工具,网络协同正在改变传统商业模式,5G的来临则为这一切插上了翅膀。大宗商品供应链金融从业企业已经意识这一趋势,并开始探索积极提升产业链竞争力,纷纷谋求业务升级。本文首先从大宗商品供应链金融的现实出发,阐述研究背景,明确研究目的与意义,对供应链、供应链管理、供应链金融的定义进行阐释,对供应链金融做相关理论回顾。继而,以XYG公司为案例,介绍该公司发展情况、供应链金融的业务模式及特点,提出XYG公司当前面对的问题。通过对当前问题的成因分析及竞争环境分析、五力分析、SWOT分析,对XYG公司提出业务升级的具体策略并规划保障措施。XYG公司的业务升级策略,亦可以为行业其他大宗商品供应链金融从业企业提供有益参考。 
英文摘要:Most of the practitioners in the financial business of bulk commodity supply chain originated in the commodity trade or logistics industry. They mainly serve the manufacturing industry, as a way of external financing, to solve the problem of operating cash flow shortage of related enterprises. With the development of production technology, the adjustment of international division of labor, the change of production capacity at home and abroad, the reform of financial market and the development of marketization of interest rate, the financial business model of commodity supply chain has been evolving. However, relying on a single advantage competition has fallen into the Red Sea. In the current homogeneous competition, the level of gross profit rate of enterprises is getting lower and lower, and the stickiness of customers is not strong. The long-term development of enterprises is challenged. Cost, efficiency and courage are the main means of traditional commodity supply chain finance. That is to say, matching agent rate, logistics sub-supplier pass rate, advance payment and credit limit. And then, to compete for the integration of resources, that is, to compete for the uniqueness of upstream resources and the possession or control ability of logistics resources. Finally, superimpose composite trading capabilities. Different modes require different upstream resources, logistics support and downstream customer ecology, as well as the quality and competence level ecology of personnel in the organization. From the industrial era to the Internet era, data as assets, algorithms as tools, network collaboration is changing the traditional business model, and the advent of 5G is inserting wings into all of it. Commodity supply chain financial enterprises have been aware of this trend, and began to explore ways to actively enhance the competitiveness of the industrial chain, and have sought to upgrade their business. Firstly, starting from the reality of commodity supply chain finance, this thesis elaborates the research background, clarifies the research purpose and significance, explains the definition of supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain finance, and reviews the relevant theories of supply chain finance. Then, taking XYG Company as an example, this paper introduces its development, business model and characteristics of supply chain finance, and puts forward the problems XYG Company is facing at present. Through the analysis of the causes of the current problems and the competitive environment, the five forces analysis, the advantages and disadvantages analysis, XYG company to propose specific strategies for business upgrading and planning safeguards. XYG's business upgrading strategy can also provide useful reference for other commodity supply chain financial enterprises in the industry.
