中文摘要：	随着比特币的诞生，区块链技术的发展，数字货币交易的热度不断增加，越来越多的投资者开始关注和参与数字货币交易，在数字货币交易过程中投资者如进行风险控制属于不可或缺的环节。在数字货币交易过程中数字货币交易平台在不同的国家，政府对其政策差异比较大，同时数字货币价格波动幅度很大，7天24小时连续交易，使得数字货币交易呈现出很多不确定的风险，进行风险管理变得非常重要。因投资者风险管理的缺失和不完善，在数字货币交易过程中曾有出现被黑客盗取数字货币，投资者损失惨重的事件；有因数字货币交易过程中出现技术故障，导致数字货币价格巨幅波动，造成数字货币交易者爆仓，交易所蒙受巨额赔偿；也有因为政府政策变化，从而禁止在国内开设数字货币交易平台导致数字货币价格暴跌，投资者因为仓位控制薄弱导致损失严重。 本文首先对数字货币、区块链、智能合约等概念进行定义，归纳总结风险管理相关的理论，对风险管理形成一定的理论认识，同时对金融及金融衍生品风险管理理论进行介绍；通过投资者在数字货币交易过程中的风险管理的现状，然后针对数字货币投资风险管理过程中存在的不足，对投资者数字货币交易风险管理进行优化，本文从投资者数字货币交易平台选择、交易的数字货币交易币种的选择、各种交易品类的选择、交易过程中仓位控制等方面进行风险管理优化；最后对优化方案提出落地实施的对策，以对数字货币交易风险管理进行完善，为投资者在交易数字货币过程中提供风险管理建议，同时为数字货币交易的健康良性发展提供了条件。
英文摘要：	With the birth of Bitcoin and the development of block chain technology, the popularity of digital currency transactions has been increasing, and more and more investors have begun to pay attention to and participate in the transactions. Investors’ risk control is an indispensable part of the digital currency trading process, in that the trading platforms are in different countries with different policies for digital currency transactions and the price of digital currency fluctuates widely. Trading 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, makes digital currency trading rather uncertain and risk management very important. Due to the lack and imperfection of investors’ risk management, there were occasions in which digital money was stolen by hackers in the process of transactions, and investors suffered heavy losses; there were technical failures in the process of transactions resulting in huge fluctuation in digital currency prices, and the traders lost all the money in their accounts and the exchanges had to offer huge compensation; there were also occasions in which government policies began to prohibit the opening of digital currency trading platforms, which led to a sharp fall in digital currency prices, and investors suffered serious losses due to weak position management. This paper first defines the concepts of digital currency, block chain, and intelligent contracts, summarizes the theories related to risk management, forms a certain theoretical understanding of risk management, and introduces the theory of risk management of finance and financial derivatives; based on the current situation of risk management in the process of digital currency trading by investors, and in view of the shortcomings in the risk management process, this paper optimizes the investors’ risk management from the aspects of the selection of the digital currency trading platforms, the selection of the transaction currency, the selection of various trading products, and the position control in the transaction process; in the end, the paper proposes the measures for the implementation of the optimization plan, so as to improve the risk management, provide investors with risk management suggestions, and offer conditions for the healthy development of digital currency transactions.
