中文摘要:机械制造业可称为当今世界的第一大工业,它有着悠长的发展历史。回顾历史,机械制造行业随着人文,科学,社会的发展变迁,也发生着巨大的改变,从单件小批量的手工制造,到作坊或者小厂的加工,近代机械化的转变,然后是自动化的提高,如今,它对于一个社会乃至国家而言都是非常重要的。随着我国经济的加快发展,中小型企业从规模和总量上也日益增多,为我国的现代化建设发挥了重要的作用。而中小型的机械制造企业的生产特点就是能满足客户多样化的产品需求,灵活机动,但是产品的周期相对较长,生产过程中的可控性差。作为中小型机械制造企业的管理者如何能应对日益激烈的市场竞争以及在竞争中保持优势呢,市场给予每个竞争者的机会是均等的,如何利用信息化这个手段提升管理水平及经营效果是中小型机械制造企业管理者需要深入了解的。那么,在信息化时代,要想让机械制造业实现快速的发展和提高所需要的要素及侧重点是什么呢?应该是管理--高效的、信息的、全面而及时的管理。如果站在这个角度上来看机械行业的运作,我们就需要一个平台,它集成了信息、管理、生产、经营和销售——ERP。 本文从ERP的理论以及应用入手,系统阐释ERP的理论背景及发展过程并具体展开联系到中小型机械制造业的实际应用中。文章的核心分析了机械制造企业的特点,研究中小型机械制造企业的订单生产管理模式,以及中小型机械制造企业控制生产订单所要达到的管理成效,进而介绍实施ERP 的用处,能解决企业什么样的实际问题,以及针对此类型企业实施ERP所需要涉及的具体应用模块,并以一家中外合资的机械制造公司-特诺恩现代设备公司的ERP实施为例,分析企业实施ERP的背景、过程以及实施系统所遇到的问题,探讨企业成功实施ERP的经验,以及实施ERP对企业会计工作的影响,等等。为了让读者能更清楚地了解ERP实施给企业带来的好处,本文案例还就企业实施系统前后公司管理上以及经营业绩上的改善做了阐述。给相关类似规模的中小型机械制造企业带来一个具体的、可借鉴的ERP实施的全过程解析。  
英文摘要:Mechanical fabrication enterprise could be the biggest industry in the globe. It also has a long history of improvement. In the history, there were many transformations happening for mechanical fabrication along with the culture, science, and society’s transformation. From small pieces hand making, small workshop, mechanization, then roboticized. Nowadays, the industry becomes inexpressible important to a society and country. Follow the rapid development of Economy, medium/semi works become more and more, devote on the modern construction of Chinese Economy, while the importunacy on manage mechanical medium/semi works is to meet the various requirements of clients, very flexible, but the production period is quite long, not easy to control, as the leader of medium/semi companies, how to face the competitive environment and keep the predominance? That is to focus on the management, market gives each competitor a fair environment, and how to use the tool of information technology to improve the management skill and perform the good result is what the leaders should learn deeply. Well then, at present, the information period, what is the essential and keystone for speeding up mechanical manufacturing improvement? It should be management, an efficient, informed, complete and timely management. If we survey the mechanical operation from this point of view, we need a flat, which will be an integrative with information, management, production, management and sale, named ERP. This article will pay attention on this system info, start with characteristic and application to find the affiliation between this system info and the actual case. The core of this article is to analyze the characteristic of Mechanical Company and to research the project/job management of mechanical medium/semi sized companies, then the related modules of ERP system, and give a case of a joint venture-Tenova company, the implementation of ERP system, analyze the implementation background and the process and problems. In order to let the readers to clearly understand the benefit of ERP implementation, in this case also indicate the improvement on management and operating result. It is a reference of detail and clear indication on the full process of the ERP implementation.
