中文摘要：	伴随着经济社会的快速发展，我国工业进程也在不断加快，各行各业的运转都离不开能源，进而加大了相应的能源需求。天然气作为安全高效、清洁低碳的能源，自进入新时期以来在我国能源消费结构中的比重愈来愈大。同时，人们环保意识的加强，人类社会的可持续发展已被提上战略高度，所以相较于其他能源，天然气以其独特优势受到国家和社会各界的高度重视。 天然气的开发利用在各国范围内广泛开展起来，其全产业链的健康发展引起了世界范围的广泛关注。在如今经济全球化和一体化进程中，天然气的产业的发展也不能仅仅拘泥于一国或一个地区范围内，世界各国紧密合作交流，才能更好地带动该行业、该领域的快速发展，这也就意味着天然气的供应链上下游环节不仅会受到本国经济、政治以及文化环境的影响，还会受到区域消费结构、国际动态以及相关能源价格变动的影响。世界范围内广泛交流的展开，使得供应链发展中风险的种类及风险发生的可能性也不断提升，大大增加了国家或地区稳定天然气供应的难度，故加强天然气供应链风险管理研究对地区能源发展，乃至全国范围内能源行业健康发展和经济可持续发展都具有极大的现实意义。 本文在国内外已有研究的基础上，针对我国天然气供应链存在的风险问题，按照风险识别、风险评价以及风险控制三个步骤进行了风险管理的研究。首先，通过查阅大量的相关文献以及企业实际调研，对我国现阶段天然气供应链存在的风险及其影响因素进行了全面的识别，从内、外两个方面着手，分析发现了A公司可能面临的地区发展、政策环境、竞争、需求、价格、投资、技术、短缺等多种风险。而后，通过相关的评价指标对各类风险进行分析评价以及探讨，并基于国内环境提出有效的风险管理措施，以期能够帮助A公司更好地进行风险控制和风险管理。
英文摘要：	With the rapid economic and social development, China's industrial process is also accelerating, all walks of life can not do without energy, and then increase the corresponding energy demand. Natural gas, as a safe, efficient, clean and low-carbon energy source, has become more and more important in China's energy consumption structure since entering the new era. At the same time, people's awareness of environmental protection has been strengthened, and the sustainable development of human society has been raised to a strategic height. Therefore, compared with other energy sources, natural gas has been highly valued by the country and all sectors of society for its unique advantages. The development and utilization of natural gas has been widely carried out in various countries, and the healthy development of its entire industrial chain has attracted worldwide attention. In today's process of economic globalization and integration, the development of the natural gas industry can not be confined to one country or one region alone, and countries around the world can work closely together to promote the rapid development of this industry and this field. This also means that the upstream and downstream links of the natural gas supply chain will be affected not only by the national economy, politics, and cultural environment, but also by regional consumption structures, international developments, and related energy price changes. The development of extensive exchanges around the world has made the types of risks and the likelihood of risks occurring in the development of supply chains constantly increasing, which has greatly increased the difficulty for countries or regions to stabilize the supply of natural gas. Therefore, strengthening the research on the risk management of natural gas supply chains for regional energy development. Even nationwide energy industry healthy development and sustainable economic development are of great practical significance. Based on domestic and foreign studies, this paper studies risk management According to three steps: risk identification, risk evaluation and risk control. First of all, by consulting a large number of relevant documents and enterprises 'actual research, we have comprehensively identified the risks and factors affecting China's natural gas supply chain at this stage, starting from the inside and the outside. The analysis found that A company may face a variety of risks such as regional development, policy environment, competition, demand, price, investment, technology, and shortage. Then, through the relevant evaluation indicators to analyze and discuss various types of risks, and put forward effective risk management measures based on the domestic environment, in order to help A company better risk control and risk management.
