中文摘要：	随着文化传媒产业的不断发展，带动了电影产业的不断进步。影院行业作为电影产业链条中的终端环节，其发展势头迅猛。 在新经济形势下，我国的影院行业进入了快速发展的阶段，影院数量不断递增，全国涌现出大批影投公司，例如：万达、大地、横店、金逸、耀莱、幸福蓝海及S影投公司等，我国影投公司市场一片繁荣，竞争也日趋激烈。 S影投公司经历十余年的发展，已占有一定市场份额，但面对激烈的市场竞争环境及内部管理引发的债务危机、管理危机等，应该认真地分析研究企业自身所拥有的资源，适时的根据外部环境变化和内部具体情况对战略资源形成的竞争优势进行识别。本文在资源理论的指导下，通过研究影院行业整体发展趋势，对S影投公司现有企业资源进行分析识别，并运用资源分析工具，探究S影投公司战略资源的价值性、稀缺性、难以模仿性和不可替代性，在识别S影投公司现有战略资源的基础上，研究其未来发展战略资源的开发、使用和保护。 通过对S影投公司战略资源的研究，更清晰地了解了电影产业乃至影院行业的资源属性，有利于把握企业发展过程中的资源薄弱环节，对于利用战略资源形成核心竞争力有了更深层次的理解。
英文摘要：	The continuous development of culture and media sector is conducive to the robust progress of film industry. As the terminal link in the value chain of film industry, the movie theatre business is undergoing tremendous growth. Against the backdrop of China's surging economy, the movie theatre industry has come to a stage of rapid development: the number of movie theatres are fast growing, movie investment companies are mushrooming, such as Wanda, Dadi, Hengdian, Jinyi, Sparkle Roll, Omnijoi, S Movie Theatre Investment Co., and so on. While the market for movie theatre investment is prospering, the competition is increasingly heating up. S Movie Theatre Investment Co. has seen steady growth and taken up significant market share over the past ten years. However, confronted with fierce market competition, debt crisis as well as management debacle caused by internal mismanagement, it is imperative to conduct a research on the its enterprise resources and identify its competitive advantages derived from its strategic resources as per the changes in external environment and internal affairs. Under the guidance of Resource Theory, the thesis is aimed to apply resources analytical tools to examine the comprehensive development trend in the movie theatre industry, analyze and identify the current enterprise resources entitled to S Movie Theatre Investment Co., and investigate the value, scarcity, inimitability and uniqueness of the strategic resources specific to S Movie Theatre Investment Co., so as to study the exploration, utilization and protection of the company's future strategic resources on the basis of ascertaining and benchmarking its current strategic resources. The research into the strategic resources of S Movie Theatre Investment Co. sheds light on the attributes of the resources pertinent to the film industry as well as the movie theatre business, which is instrumental in navigating the weak link in the resources pivotal to an enterprise's development and, furthermore, developing in-depth understanding on how to leverage strategic resources to forge core competitiveness.
