中文摘要：	自改革开放以来，企业作为我国国民经济发展的重要载体在我国得到了快 速发展。伴随着近年来国民经济的快速增长，企业在经营过程中所面临的风险 也日趋复杂和多变。这其中，财务风险是企业在经营过程中必然要面临的风险 之一，这使得企业的正常生产经营增加了许多不确定性因素，甚至是对企业的 生存发展均形成了极大的挑战。但是财务风险在我国当前不太规范、不太健全 的市场经济环境中又是不可能避免发生的风险，所以多措并举、有针对性的对 企业财务性风险进行识别、规避已成为企业风险管理中的重要内容，而且也应 该得到企业管理者的充分重视。 作为电力工程领域内具有一定代表性的企业，HS 电力工程公司在当前的大 背景下，其经营管理也面临着诸多挑战，在财务风险管理方面也暴露出诸多问 题和不足。例如，公司内部治理依然不完善、财务风险管理制度建设不到位、 内部控制制度执行不力、财务风险管理队伍建设乏力等等。由此，这使得该公 司所面临的财务风险日益凸显，对其财务风险管理提出了极大的挑战，对其长 期的业绩增长十分不利。有鉴于此，本文以该公司作为研究对象，在对其财务 风险管理现状进行深入分析的基础上找出了其中存在的问题，进而从强化财务 风险管理意识、完善公司内部治理、构建财务风险预警机制、加快财务风险管 理制度建设等方面提出了针对性的管理建议和对策。 本文的研究将有助于帮助该公司尽快建立一个科学、有效的财务风险控制 体系，最大程度的减少损失，这对于帮助公司管理层有效识别财务风险，对风 险进行评估，找出其中问题进而进行有针对性的应对，实现财务稳健，确保安 全健康发展具有重大意义。另外，本文的研究也能够为行业内其他电力工程企 业开展财务风险管理具有一定的参考价值，这对于促进整个电力工程行业完善 财务风险管理，促进行业良性发展和稳健经营亦将具有十分重要的现实意义。
英文摘要：	Since the reform and opening up, enterprises as an important carrier of China's national economic development have developed rapidly in China. With the rapid growth of national economy in recent years, the risks faced by enterprises in the process of operation are becoming increasingly complex and changeable. Among them, financial risk is one of the risks that enterprises must face in the process of operation, which makes the normal production and operation of enterprises increase many uncertainties, and even poses great challenges to the survival and development of enterprises. However, financial risk is impossible to avoid in the current market economy environment which is not standardized and sound in China. Therefore, identifying and avoiding financial risk by multi-measures and targeted measures has become an important part of enterprise risk management, and should be paid full attention by enterprise managers. As a representative enterprise in the field of electric power engineering, HS Electric Power Engineering CO., Ltd is facing many challenges in its operation and management under the current background, and also exposes many problems and shortcomings in financial risk management. For example, the company's internal governance is still imperfect, the construction of financial risk management system is not in place, the implementation of internal control system is weak, the construction of financial risk management team is weak, and so on. As a result, this makes the financial risks facing the company increasingly prominent, and poses great challenges to its financial risk management, which is very unfavorable to its long-term performance growth. In view of this, this paper takes the company as the research object, finds out the existing problems on the basis of in-depth analysis of its financial risk management status, and then puts forward management suggestions and countermeasures from the following aspects: strengthening the awareness of financial risk management, improving the internal governance of the company, constructing the early warning mechanism of financial risk, and speeding up the construction of financial risk management system. This study will help the company to establish a scientific and effective financial risk control system as soon as possible, and minimize losses brought by financial risks. Thus, it is also of great significance to help the company management effectively identify financial risks, assess risks, identify problems and then respond to them in a targeted manner, achieve financial stability and ensure safe and healthy development. In addition, this study can also provide some reference value for other power engineering enterprises in the industry to carry out financial risk management, which will also have a very important practical significance for promoting the sound development and steady operation of the whole power engineering industry.
