中文摘要:纵观我国银行业和保险业的发展历程,经历了从分到合,又从合到分的变更。目前,金融混业经营模式普遍存在于世界各国,而现阶段我国金融业仍多为分业经营,但是已有多家大型金融集团试水混业经营,例如中信集团、光大集团、平安集团等等,且均取得了良好成效。中国银行保险监督管理委员会的成立标志着金融混业经营模式,尤其是银行和保险金融控股的合作模式已经得到了国家监管部门的认可和支持,同时也预示着我国未来金融业发展的趋势将变回混业经营,这也符合当代金融业的发展趋势。混业经营是促进中国金融改革与发展,实现战略转型的需要,对我国金融业应对国际竞争具有重要意义。 论文首先介绍了研究背景和意义,回顾了混业经营、协同效应、银行保险等相关理论以及对相关文献进行了综述。其次以广发银行为例,介绍了广发银行借力中国人寿发展的现状,如人事调整、组织架构调整、增资及银保协同情况等,中国人寿入主广发银行后进行了全方位的调整并利用自身资源影响广发银行的发展方向。再次,分析广发银行借力中国人寿发展存在的问题,并剖析问题产生的原因。目前存在的问题主要体现在交叉营销效果差、产品单一且竞争力不足、银保合作模式单一、银保企业文化未融合、银行自主配置产品受到保险制约和品牌协同效应不明显等。这些问题产生原因主要是缺少专业化的银保销售团队、合作流于表面形式、缺乏创新、银保企业文化存在冲突、复合型人才短缺和技术支持不足等。 最后,作者针对存在的问题提出了解决问题的对策与建议,一是要深化银保协同,二是要提供综合金融服务,三是要提高品牌文化融合度。通过论文的研究,能够为日后金融控股集团,尤其是以保险为母公司的金融控股集团如何实现内部协同效应提供参考和借鉴。 
英文摘要:Throughout the development process of China's banking and insurance industry, it has experienced changes from division to integration, and from integration to division. At present, although the mode of combination of financial services exists in all countries over the world, divided operation mode of finance is still mostly used in China's financial industry. However, many large-scale financial groups have tried their hands at combination of financial services and have made good results, such as CITIC Group, Everbright Group and so on. The establishment of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission symbolizes the combination of financial services has been recognized and supported by the national regulatory authorities, especially for the cooperation model of financial holdings between banking and insurance industry. At the same time, it has indicated that the development trend of China's future financial industry will turn back to mixed operation, which is in line with the development trend of contemporary financial industry all over the world. combination of financial services is the need of promoting China's financial reform and development, as well as realizing strategic transformation. It is of great significance for China's financial industry to cope with international competition. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance. Besides, it reviews the related theories of combination of financial services, synergy effect, banking and insurance, and summarizes the relevant literature. Secondly, the author introduces current situation of China Guang Fa Bank with the help of China Life in the following aspects: Personnel adjustment, Organizational restructure and situation of capital Increase and bank-insurance synergy. After being the largest shareholder of China Guang Fa Bank, China Life has made a comprehensive adjustment and has made use of its own resources to influence the development direction of China Guang Fa Bank. Thirdly, the author analyses the problems existing in China Guang Fa Bank with the help of China Life and the causes of the problems. The existing current problems are as follows: poor performance of cross-marketing, simplification and Insufficient competitiveness of product, singleness of product and lack of innovation, singleness of bank-insurance cooperation mode, conflict of cultural ideas between banking and insurance, products of bank are restricted by insurance, conspicuous of brand synergy effect, and so on. The main reasons for these problems are lack of professional sales team for banking and insurance, superficial mode of cooperation, nonfusion of two difference corporate culture, lack of innovation, shortage of inter-disciplinary talents, insufficiency of technical support and so on. At last, the countermeasures and suggestions for solving current problems are put forwarded as follows: deepening bank-insurance synergy, providing of integrated financial services , improving the integration of brand culture. Through the research of this paper, the author provides reference for financial holding groups, especially for whose parent company is insurance, with experience how to realize internal synergy in the future.
