中文摘要:新产品开发项目的投资成败牵动着企业的发展,一个成功的创新项目很可能将是企业未来的经济增长点。在内外部环境威胁瞬息万变的时代背景下,企业如何能慧眼识别出极具发展潜力的创新项目是企业管理者所关注的重点。企业提高了新产品开发项目的成功率,不但可以为企业带来新的经济增长点,更是实现企业现有资源利用的一次优化与重组。然而在企业的经营发展实践中,新产品项目中途夭折的案例时有发生,大量的资源与人力成本随着项目的失败而付之东流,这是目前在企业中普遍存在的问题。在1983年美国全国工业会议发表的一份调查资料中显示,每年大约有30%的新产品开发项目都未能取得最后的成功,那么,尽早筛选出那些极有可能获得成功的新产品开发项目,就显得尤为重要。本文根据承诺升级理论、行为决策理论以及环境扫描理论,将内外部环境威胁的重点放在产业环境威胁、公司经营绩效威胁、市场环境威胁及其变化上,分析研究它们是如何影响管理者对不确定能否成功的新产品开发项目的投资决策行为。通过回顾国内外的相关文献,对前人观点的分析与总结,提出产业环境威胁、经营绩效威胁、市场环境威胁与投资决策关系的三个假设。采用基于情景实验的方法,对151名新产品开发项目决策者进行实验调查。对于理论研究与数据分析不一致的发现,又展开了半结构化的访谈研究,通过面对面沟通的方法来深入探讨经营绩效威胁究竟是如何对新产品开发决策做出影响的。研究结果表明,管理者对产业环境威胁、公司经营绩效威胁以及市场环境威胁的感知显著地影响了他们对新产品项目投资的最终决定。稳定的产业环境、潜在的市场需求都会有利于新项目的持续开展,而在经营绩效威胁显著的情况下,果断放弃新产品开发项目将更有利于企业的生存和发展。本研究在实践层面,启发了新产品开发决策者在经营绩效稳定的情况下把资金尽量投资在产业环境稳定且具有巨大市场潜能的新项目上,才能更好地提高新产品开发的成功率,为企业带来更多的经济价值。 
英文摘要:The success or failure of the new product development project affects the development of the enterprise, and a successful innovation project is likely to be the economic growth point of the future of the enterprise. In the background of the rapid change of the internal environment, how can the enterprise recognize the innovative project with great development potential is the focus of the enterprise management. The success rate of the new product development project is improved by the enterprise, which not only can bring new economic growth point for the enterprise, but also the optimization and recombination of the existing resource utilization of the enterprise. However, in the practice of the operation and development of the enterprise, the case of the new product project in the middle of the project often happens, and the large amount of resources and the manpower cost will pay the east flow along with the failure of the project, which is a common problem in the enterprise. In a survey released by the National Industrial Conference of the United States in 1983, about 30 per cent of the new product development projects each year had failed to achieve the final success, and it was particularly important to screen out new product development projects that were highly likely to be successful at the earliest possible date. Based on commitment upgrading theory, behavioral decision theory and environmental scanning theory, this paper focuses on the internal and external environmental threats in terms of industrial environmental threats, corporate performance threats, market environmental threats and their changes. By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper analyzes and summarizes the previous views, and puts forward three hypotheses of the relationship between industrial environment threat, business performance threat, market environment threat and investment decision. 151 decision makers of new product development projects were investigated by situational experiment. For the discovery of inconsistency between theoretical research and data analysis, a semi-structured interview study is carried out, and the impact of business performance threats on new product development decisions is discussed in depth through face-to-face communication. The results show that decision maker undefined perception of industrial environmental threats, corporate performance threats and market environmental threats significantly affects their final decision to invest in new product projects. Stable industrial environment and potential market demand will be conducive to the sustainable development of new projects, and in the case of significant threats to business performance, decisively abandoning new product development projects will be more conducive to the survival and development of enterprises. At the practical level, this study enlightens the decision makers of new product development to invest the funds in the new projects with stable industrial environment and great market potential as far as possible under the condition of stable business performance, so as to improve the success rate of new product development and bring more economic value to enterprises.
