中文摘要：	摘 要 现代融资租赁产生于二十世纪四十年代的美国。相比于其他传统金融行业产生的较晚，但由于融资租赁与实体经济能较好的结合，并且交易模式多样化，所以能够较好的促进经济发展，这也使得融资租赁行业迅速发展，成为金融业的有益补充。融资租赁行业在我国起步较晚，改革开放时期，融资租赁行业在这特殊时期里对我们引进国外先进设备和资金起到了不可忽视的作用。到了21世纪，随着我国政府倡导的一带一路和大力推行基础设施投资的影响下，我国融资租赁也进入了高速发展的阶段，目前已经发展成为我国金融行业不可或缺的一部分。 本文从融资租赁的发展入手，首先对融资租赁的概念、融资租赁风险的概念以及风险管理理论进行介绍。其次文章通过对BY金融租赁公司的项目风险管理现状的叙述和案例分析，引出公司目前在项目风险管理过程中存在的问题。最后，文章结合融资租赁行业的特征以及BY金融租赁公司发展的实际情况，按照项目初期风险管理、项目前期风险管理、项目中期风险管理和项目后期风险管理四个阶段对公司目前存在的问题提出了改进措施，同时对公司风险管理内部环境也提出了改进方案。 本文采用融资租赁企业视角进行分析，以BY金融租赁公司作为分析研究的对象，通过对企业在项目风险管理过程中存在问题进行深入研究，力求探索提升融资租赁公司风险管理水平的改进措施。争取为我国融资租赁行业提高项目风险管理能力提供宝贵的建议。 关键词：融资租赁；风险管理；改进措施
英文摘要：	Abstract Modern financial leasing was born in the USA around the forties in twenty centuries. It was born later compared with other traditional financial industry. However, it was more easily to combine with substantial economy, and more easily to combine with the development of economy due to its diversification on trading. All these characteristics made financial leasing industry increasing soon, and it could be good supplement to financial industry. Financial leasing industry was growing late in our country. It was made big influence for our introduction of advanced technology and capital during involution opening time. On twenty-one century, according to our government advocate The Belt and Road Initiative and hardly stimulate financial for increasing the infrastructure construction investment, financial leasing industry has been high speed developed, which became the part and parcel of the financial industry of our country. This paper would proceed from the development of financial leasing industry. Firstly, it illustrated the concept of financial leasing, the concept of financial leasing risk and the theory of risk management. And then by analyzing the nowadays situation of risk management of BY financial leasing company and the case study, elicited to the problem which exited in BY financial leasing company’s project risk management. Finally, this paper combined the characteristics of financial leasing industry and the real situation of BY leasing company, raise the improvement measure according to the four stages which was the beginning of the project risk management, the earlier of the project risk management, the middle of the project risk management and the latter of the project risk management. This paper was analyzed from the view of financial leasing company, by using BY company as an object of study. We tried hard to search the way to forbid the risk by analyzing the risk control problem of the company, the reason of the problem. We analyzed the whole theory of financial risk control in financial leasing company, which may give some good advises to perfect the risk control of the financial leasing industry.
