中文摘要:近年来,随着移动互联网的快速发展,人们的生活方式与学习习惯随之发生了巨大的变化,此类变化在年轻人群体当中尤为显著。新一代信息用户群体成为大学校园的新生力量。新生入馆教育是每年高校图书馆必须开展的一项工作,是高校图书馆读者服务的重要环节。传统的高校图书馆新生入馆教育集中于采取培训讲座、实地参观和发放宣传材料等线下入馆教育方式,由于培训过程时间较短、人数较多,馆员无法及时解答每位新生的问题,导致新生难以消化大量的培训内容,培训与实地参观效果难以达到预期。 为适应新一代信息用户的信息需求,多数高校图书馆利用入馆教育信息系统开展面向新一代信息用户的入馆教育与信息素养教育。高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统凭借其自主性、灵活性、交互性等优势,日渐成为网络环境下高校图书馆开展新生入馆教育的新选择。但是当前我国高校图书馆评估研究多为整体性研究,侧重于评估原则的构建与指标的设置,针对高校图书馆新生入馆教育环节及其信息系统的评估研究与实践较少,从系统交互角度评估高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统的研究较少。入馆教育信息系统是高校新生与高校图书馆沟通的“第一扇门”。从用户视角评价其交互功能,有助于为进一步设计更加符合新一代信息用户需求的入馆教育信息系统提供借鉴与参考。 本次研究在数字图书馆交互功能评估研究的基础上,借鉴数字图书馆交互功能评估量表,结合高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统的个性化特征与信息用户学习需求,对该量表进行修改、细化并解释相关评估指标,构建高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统交互功能评估指标。该指标从系统效用、网站结构与信息组织、信息内容的可获得性、页面表现、可用性、主观任务感知、系统的绩效与效率等维度对用户(主要是新一代信息用户)与高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统之间的交互关系进行评估。 本次研究主要内容分为六大部分:第一部分为绪论,重点介绍本文的研究背景与研究意义,简单阐述本次研究的内容与研究方法,提出本文研究的创新点。第二部分为研究综述,主要介绍新一代信息用户的概念界定与信息行为特征以及我国高校图书馆新生入馆教育研究现状。第三部分为高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统交互功能评估指标构建。第四部分为高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统交互功能评估实验研究。第五部分为高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统交互功能评估实验数据分析。第六部分为结论与展望。 实验数据分析结果表明,高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统在设计时可借鉴数字图书馆领域信息系统交互功能设计的经验。高校图书馆入馆教育信息系统交互功能设计需要①注重用户群体的差异性;②丰富新媒体资源的应用;③提高信息反馈的效率。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with the rapid development of the mobile Internet, people's lifestyles and learning habits have undergone tremendous changes, and such changes are particularly prominent among young people. New generation of information users have become a new force in the university campus. The entry education for freshmen is a work that must be carried out by academic libraries every year, and it is an important part of the reader service of in academic libraries. The traditional entry education focuses on the use of training lectures, field visits and dissemination of promotional materials. Due to the short training process and the number is large, the librarians are unable to answer each freshman's question in time. It is difficult for new students to digest a large amount of training contents, which makes it difficult to achieve the expected results of training and field visits. In order to meet the information needs of the new generation of information users, most academic libraries use the orientational information system to carry out the entry education and information literacy education for the new generation of information users. With the advantages of autonomy, flexibility and interactivity, the orientational information system has become a new choice for academic libraries to carry out the information literacy education under the network environment. However, the current research on the evaluation of academic libraries in China is mostly holistic research, focusing on the construction of evaluation principles and the setting of indicators. There is less research and practice on the evaluation of the entry education and its information system. There is less research on evaluating the orientational information system from the perspective of system interaction. As the “first door” for communication between freshmen and academic libraries, it is necessary to evaluate its interactive functions from the perspective of users, and to provide reference for further designing of the orientational information system that is more in line with the needs of the new generation of information users. Based on the evaluation of interactive function of digital library, this paper draws on the evaluation scales for digital library evaluation, combining the characteristics of the orientational information system in academic libraries and the learning needs of users, refining and interpreting relevant evaluation indicators, and constructs the evaluation index of the interactive function of orientational information system in academic libraries. The indicator is based on the system utility, structure of the website and information organization, availability of information content, page performance, usability, perception of subjective tasks, system performance and efficiency, evaluating the interaction between users (mainly the new generation of information users) and the orientational information system in academic libraries. The main content of this study is divided into six parts. The first part is the preface, focusing on the research background and research significance of this paper, briefly expounding the content and research methods of this research, and proposing the innovation of this paper. The second part is the literature review, which mainly introduces the concept definition and information behavior characteristics of the new generation of information users and the research status of the entry education for freshmen in academic libraries in China. The third part is the evaluation index of the interactive function of orientational information system in academic libraries. The fourth part is the experimental research on the interactive function of orientational information system in academic libraries. The fifth part is the data analysis of the experimental research. The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook. Data analysis showed that the orientational information system in academic libraries can learn from the experience of interactive function design of information system in the digital library field. The interactive function design of orientational information system in academic libraries needs to pay attention to the difference of user groups, enrich the application of new media resources, and improve the efficiency of information feedback.
