| 中文摘要: | 自改革开放以来,历经四十年的奋斗,中国经济不断发展,人民生活水平大大提高。与此同时,中国的贫困问题仍然存在,阻碍着社会快速发展的进程。2013年,习近平总书记首次提出了精准扶贫和精准脱贫的思想。2015年,精准扶贫脱贫理论正式宣告成熟。在此基础上,习总书记提出,要在2020年这个节点上达成我国全面脱贫的目标。随着新时代的发展,文化扶贫也逐渐进入了新的发展阶段。然而,随着文化扶贫理论的不断探索和发展、精准扶贫理论的呼声越来越高,文化精准扶贫的实践仍然方兴未艾,尤其是在政府的引导和企业的助力下,文化精准扶贫需要更进一步的发展。而企业作为市场经济的重要角色之一,更应该在扶贫工作中承担更多的责任。在数字化、信息化和全球化都高速发展的现代社会,文化精准扶贫路径的创新极为重要。通过实施“互联网+文化”这种新的发展战略,并依靠企业的力量来推进文化的精准扶贫,可以实现企业责任与社会发展的共同目标。 本文在收集和整理大量资料的基础上,首先回顾中国的文化扶贫理论和实践进程,并结合近年来逐渐成熟的精准扶贫理论,将内源发展理论、企业责任理论、文化资本理论和能力贫困理论等作为理论依据,分析当前文化精准扶贫亟待进一步深化发展的现状,并通过案例分析和查阅相关调研报告,系统分析了企业作为重要的社会力量,其参与文化精准扶贫的重要性与可行性以及可能存在的问题。最后,在企业利用电商互联网参与文化精准扶贫的基础上,对如何进一步完善和创新文化精准扶贫路径提出建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and opening up, after 40 years of struggle, China's economy has been developing continuously and people's living standards have been greatly improved. At the same time, China's poverty problem still exists, hindering the rapid development of society. In 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the idea of precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation. In 2015, the theory of precision poverty alleviation was officially declared mature. On this basis, General Secretary Xi proposed that the goal of china's comprehensive poverty alleviation should be achieved at this node in 2020. With the development of the new era, cultural poverty alleviation has gradually entered a new stage of development. However, with the continuous exploration and development of the theory of cultural poverty alleviation, the call for precision poverty alleviation theory is getting higher and higher, the practice of cultural precision poverty alleviation is still in the ascendant, especially under the guidance of the government and the help of enterprises, cultural precision poverty alleviation needs further development. As one of the important roles of market economy, enterprises should take more responsibility in poverty alleviation. In the modern society, where digitalization, information and globalization are all developing rapidly, the innovation of cultural precision and poverty alleviation path is extremely important. Through the implementation of the "Internet and Culture" this new development strategy, and rely on the strength of enterprises to promote the cultural precision of poverty alleviation, enterprise responsibility and social development can be achieved the common goal. On the basis of collecting and sorting a large amount of information, this thesis first reviews the theory and practice of cultural poverty alleviation in China, and combines the theory of precision poverty alleviation, which has matured in recent years, takes the theory of endogenous development, enterprise responsibility, cultural capital and capacity poverty as the theoretical basis. Analysis of the current cultural precision poverty alleviation needs to further deepen the development of the current situation, through case studies and review of relevant research reports, systematic analysis of enterprises as an important social force, its participation in cultural precision poverty alleviation of the importance and feasibility and possible problems. Finally, on the basis of enterprises using the Internet of e-commerce to participate in cultural precision poverty alleviation, it is proposed how to further improve and innovate the cultural precision poverty alleviation path. | |
