中文摘要：	随着国家对环境污染的不断治理，液化天然气（LNG）作为清洁能源得到了空前发展，随之而来的是特大型LNG低温储罐建设如雨后春笋不断涌现，由于LNG介质具有易燃易爆的特殊性，再加之特大型LNG低温储罐建设在国内起步晚、施工难度大、施工周期长等因素，增加了其建设难度，因此施工质量控制研究十分必要。本文以X公司特大型LNG低温储罐建设项目施工质量控制为例，就如何有效控制建设项目施工质量进行研究分析。利用全面质量管理理论和PDCA循环的质量管理方法，对施工前、施工过程中、施工后三个阶段的施工质量控制进行阐述。在施工前，开展项目WBS分解和质量控制点的设置，并对施工质量的六项影响因素“人、机、料、法、测、环”进行研究分析；在施工过程中，利用PDCA循环方法对影响关键工序质量问题进行计划、实施、检查和改进；在施工后，重点做好施工过程验收和竣工验收工作，同时做好施工质量控制的成果总结。通过组织、制度等相关资源的保障不断改进和提升施工质量控制。经过研究后总结出适用特大型LNG低温储罐质量控制水平提升的方案，并经过实践验证，这种施工质量管做法具有很强的可操作性和实控性，可显著提升施工质量，并取得良好的施工效果，为同类建设项目的施工质量控制提供借鉴意义和参考价值。
英文摘要：	As the country continues to control environmental pollution, liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) has achieved unprecedented development as a clean energy source. As a result, the construction of extra large LNG cryogenic storage tanks has sprung up, because LNG media is flammable and explosive,the construction of extra large LNG cryogenic storage tanks is relatively late in the country, the construction is difficult, and the construction period is long. increased the difficulty of construction, construction quality control research is very necessary. This paper takes the construction quality control of X company's extra large LNG storage tank construction project as an example, Using the total quality control theory and the quality control method of PDCA , the construction quality control before construction, during construction and after construction is expounded. Before the construction, do the WBS decomposition and quality control point setting of the project, and conduct research and analysis on the six elements “man, machine, material, method, measurement and environment” that affect the construction quality; during the construction process, use the PDCA method. Plan, implement, inspect and improve the quality problems affecting key processes; after construction, focus on the acceptance of construction process and intermediate handover acceptance, and at the same time summarize the results of construction quality control. Continuously improve construction quality control through the protection of related resources such as organization and system. After research, the quality control plan for the improvement of the quality control level of extra-large LNG cryogenic storage tanks was summarized and verified by practice. This construction quality control practice has strong operability and practical control, which can significantly improve the construction quality. And achieved good construction results, providing reference and reference value for construction quality control of similar construction projects.
