中文摘要：	天津逸仙科学工业园成立于1993年，隶属于天津经济技术开发区管理，是开发区管委会区外园区之一。近年来，天津逸仙科学工业园的经济增速减弱，产值产比在天津开发区中贡献也逐渐缩小，园区在发展过程中也遇到了诸多问题。在京津冀协同发展、天津滨海新区加快开发开放的历史性机遇下，逸仙科学工业园如何发挥自身的比较优势，在与周边工业园区竞争中率先崛起，就成为园区不得不解决的问题。本文在阐明背景、研究方法，并对相关理论和文献进行回顾综述的基础上，充分对逸仙科学工业园的内外部环境、产业发展情况等进行客观分析，并提出适合园区发展的措施，为逸仙园可持续发展提供理论参考。本文运用集群效应理论，探讨逸仙科学工业园集群效应，分析提升其集群效应的措施。本文首先从波特集群效应的模型分析入手，深入分析逸仙园的发展现状，针对逸仙科学工业园自身特点，筛选出园区集群效应的主要影响因素。园区的客户吸引力来自于三个部分，即优惠政策、服务和集群效应，服务同时也是集群效应的一部分，本文集中分析其中的集群效应。本论文认为影响客户吸引力的集群效应因素包括生产要素环境、顾客需求环境、支持环境、已入驻企业群，辅助的因素有经营选址企业、政府-逸仙园公司。并围绕要素情况提出具体的方案和建议。本论文研究的目的在于通过集群效应对逸仙科学工业园的产业发展思路及未来管理模式等提出战略层次的建议。本文的创新点有两处：一是提出了适合园区发展的集群效应，为逸仙科学工业园未来制定战略提供了理论依据；二是为逸仙科学工业园的未来发展提出了一些切实可行的措施，具有很强的现实指导意义。期待以上研究成果，可以为园区高质量的发展提供参考价值。
英文摘要：	Tianjin Yat-sen scientific industrial park (hereinafter referred to as YSP), was established in 1993 under the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Zone (TEDA). It is one of the zone of the TEDA Administrative Commission. In recent years, the economic growth rate of YSP has a diminishing influence on the development of the Tianjin TEDA and stuck in a plight. YSP is facing a series of challenges, such as how plays comparative advantages and rises in the competition with surrounding industrial parks has become a problem. Based on the background and research methods, reviewing relevant theories and literatures, this paper makes an objective analysis of YSP. The paper analyzes the internal and external environment of YSP, and puts forward a viable strategy according to the circumstance, the analysis of industry development. This paper uses the cluster effect theory to explore the cluster effect of YSP and analyze the measures to improve its cluster effect. This paper starts with the theory of Michael E.Porter’s Diamond Model, analyzes the development status of YSP in depth, and finds out the main influencing factors of the park cluster effect in view of the characteristics of YSP. The customer attraction includes policies, services and cluster effect, and the service is also the part of cluster effect. This paper focuses on analyzing the cluster effect. The factors of customer attraction include the production factor environment, the customer demand environment, the support environment and the established enterprise group are supported by the YSP. The paper gives the specific plans and recommendations around the above situation. The aim of this thesis is to put forward strategic suggestions on the industrial development and future management of YSP through the cluster effect. There are two innovation points in the paper. The first is drawing out the industrial clustering effect suitable for the development of YSP, which provides a scientific basis. The second is making several practical initiatives for the future development of YSP with a strong practical significance. This research results are expected to provide reference value for the high quality development of YSP.
