| 中文摘要: | 随着经济水平的提高、新技术的应用和普及,无人机已慢慢步入工作和生活的实际应用中,如应用于电力巡检、物流配送、水下作业、广告拍摄、农业灌溉。近年来无人机发展迅猛,因其产业链长、辐射面广,已经形成新兴产业。在全球都重视知识产权,将知识产权工作提升到国家战略发展层面的大环境下,没有核心技术及对该技术进行及时的知识产权保护,这在市场竞争中无疑处处都面临踩地雷的情况,无人机产业也不例外。为避免出现这种窘迫局面,需要运用知识产权保护措施,特别是其中的专利保护措施。专利通常被用来评价一个企业创新能力的重要指标之一,为保障无人机产业健康可持续发展,需及时对核心技术申请专利并在全球范围内进行合理布局,形成“科技创新,专利先行”的良好局面。 文章基于专利情报分析的角度,通过innography专利检索分析数据库和innojoy专利搜索引擎获取全球民用无人机技术领域的专利数据,对这些数据进行处理,从国内外专利数量、申请趋势、主要国家和地区分布分析、主要技术分布、高强度专利、主要竞争对手和法律状态等多个维度进行分析,得出国外在该技术领域的专利布局特点及我国在无人机技术领域的专利布局特点,通过对比得知我国无人机技术领域的专利有申请量大但质量待提高、全球范围内布局不足、核心技术亟待研发、国内各省市专利申请量差异较大、各申请人之间合作不多,专利转化率不高的特点。同时,提出把好专利质量关、做好无人机技术领域的全球专利布局、提高专利信息开发利用、研发核心技术、加强产学研合作、省市区域合作及建立产业联盟等从空间、时间、政府和企业等角度的建议与对策。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the improvement of economy, the application and popularization of new technology, unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) have gradually been put into practical use in work and life, such as power inspection, logistics and distribution, underwater operations, advertising and shooting, agricultural irrigation. In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) have developed rapidly, they have formed emerging industries as their long industrial chain and wide spread. In the global environment where intellectual property rights are emphasized and the intellectual property work is upgraded to the national strategy, if there is no core technology and no timely intellectual property protection for the technology, there will be facing the situation of disputes in the market competition, the UAV industry will be in the same situation. In order to avoid such an embarrassing situation, it is necessary to use intellectual property protection measures, especially the patent protection measures. Patent is one of the indicators used to evaluate enterprise's ability to innovate. For the healthy and sustainable development of the UAV industry, it is necessary to apply for patents on core technologies and make rational arrangements in the worldwide for the technological innovation. Based on the perspective of patent intelligence analysis, this paper obtains the patent data of the global civil drone by searching innography database and innojoy database. Drawing the characteristics both of foreign and China's patents in UAV technical field by organizing and analyzing the number of patents, application trends, distribution analysis of major regions, major technology distribution, high-strength patents, major competitors and legal status, patent portfolio features. By comparison, we can know the following deficiencies of the patents in the field of UAV technology in China: there are a large number of patents but their quality needs to be improved, the distribution of patents is uneven, the core technology needs to be researched and developed, there are differentials between different provinces and cities in China in the number of patent applications, we also face the situation of the lack of cooperation between different applicants and low transformation. In order to solve the problem above, the following suggestions and countermeasures from the perspectives of space, time, government and enterprise are proposed: improving the quality of patent applications, making global patent portfolio, improving the development and utilization of patent information, developing core technologies, strengthening cooperation between industry, universities and research institutes, strengthening regional cooperation between provinces and cities, and establishing industrial alliances, etc. | |
