| 中文摘要: | 近年来,国内商业银行人才竞争日趋激烈,很多银行都出现了极度缺乏高素质人才、人才培养周期长、人员流失严重、员工满意度低等情况,这也成为了国内商业银行稳健、持续发展的主要障碍之一。而充足稳定的人才资源是企业竞争的重要推动力量,对企业生产效率的提升和可持续发展具有重要作用。员工的生理健康和心理健康一定程度上决定了企业人才资源的稳定性。因此,在银行内部实施员工健康管理,不仅可以提高员工的健康水平,而且可以提升员工工作效能,从而提高商业银行竞争力。员工健康管理是企业管理的一种手段,通过运用先进医学知识和完善的管理措施,重点针对员工的生理和心理健康情况进行分析。通过实施员工健康管理能够降低企业员工的健康风险,增强员工的健康水平,从而提升企业人力资源的稳定程度和生产效率。员工健康对企业的可持续发展起到了重要的促进作用,因此员工健康管理的引入和发展必须得到企业足够的重视。本研究首先阐述了论文的研究背景、研究内容及其重要意义,通过对情绪管理理论、运动健康理论、职业病理论等健康理论的梳理,之后,在对当前国际和国内健康管理领域的研究现状和研究趋势进行分析的基础上,结合银行业员工健康管理现状,以MS银行天津分行为例,通过调查问卷的方式分析研究该银行员工健康情况,明确该银行员工健康管理现状及存在的问题。最后,结合MS银行天津分行实际情况,通过分析结果设计出适合该银行员工的健康管理体系框架和具体内容,其中包括疾病与职业病的预防与管理、运动健康与管理、压力管理与员工援助计划。以期提高MS银行天津分行的员工健康管理水平,并为其他商业银行的员工健康管理提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the competition for talents of domestic commercial banks has become increasingly fierce, which has become one of the main obstacles to the stability and sustainable development of domestic commercial banks, due to the extreme lack of high-quality talents, the long-term training of talents, the serious loss of talents and so on. Adequate and stable human resource is an important driving force of enterprise competition, and plays an important role in improving enterprise productivity and sustainable development. The physical and mental health of employees determines the stability of enterprise talent resources. Therefore, the implementation of employee health management within the bank can not only improve the health level of employees, but also improve the efficiency of employees, thus improving the competitiveness of commercial banks. Employee health management is a kind of management behavior of enterprises, through the use of advanced medical knowledge and perfect management measures, this paper analysis the psychological health of employees. Besides, implementing employee health management can reduce the health risk of employees and enhance the health level of employees, thus improving the stability of human resources and production efficiency. With the development of enterprises, the introduction and development of employee health management must be paid enough attention to by enterprises. This paper first expounds the research background, research content and significance of this paper. Then, based on the related health theories such as emotional management theory, sports health theory, occupational pathology theory, etc. makes a detailed analysis of the research status of employee health management at home and abroad. By combination with the present situation of employee health management in banking industry, taking Tianjin Branch of MS Bank as an example, this paper analyzes the existing employee health management system by means of questionnaire, and finds out the present situation and existing problems of employee health management in this enterprise. In the end, in combination with the actual situation and strategic objectives of MS Bank Tianjin Branch, proposes the framework and concrete construction content of employee health management system suitable for the enterprise, which includes prevention and management of diseases and occupational diseases, sports health and management, stress management and employee assistance programs. In order to improve the staff health management level of MS Bank Tianjin Branch, and provide reference for the staff health management of other commercial banks. | |
