中文摘要：	时至今日，我国的经济发展由高速增长转向高质量增长，归功于科技的不断进步。科技进步引领一批科技企业应运而生，这些企业面临同质化严重、竞争激烈、价格战不断等问题，为有效解决科技企业当前面临的问题，让科技企业今后向着良性发展与成长的阶段迈进，要遵从公司发展战略、改善经营是目前的主要任务。本文以KWSW公司为例，在危机和机遇并存、困难和优势同在的情况下，应建立什么样的企业发展战略和经营管理理念，顺应市场发展如何充分利用好国家、行业宏观政策的发展机遇，有效的将不可避免的风险降至最低，从简单、盲目、粗放的经营理念转变为前瞻性、规划性、合理性的发展战略，有针对性的改善经营管理的理念，有力的实现稳固、进而提升在市场中的地位，进一步扩大市场占有率，为在行业中持续占据重要位置，深入开展企业战略发展战略规划和改善经营管理课题的研究。本文根据课题的研究背景，参照国内外相关课题研究现状、内容、方法，介绍企业经营管理的概念、发展，企业发展战略层级、发展战略规划流程，波特五力模型法、SWOT分析等企业发展战略分析方法。第二，介绍KWSW公司的组织结构、业务开展等基本情况；分析KWSW公司发展的宏观环境、行业环境；第三，分析KWSW公司经营管理存在的三方面问题，一是从产品价格较低、经营相对成本较高等方面分析经营成本管理问题；二是从缺乏相应的行业标准、缺乏专业化的工作流程、缺乏专业化的管理工作、缺乏专业化的人才等方面分析经营专业化程度问题；三是从提供产品单一及功能不足、无意考虑差异化经营战略、品牌建设困难、营销手段单一等方面分析经营同质化问题。再次，针对KWSW公司发展内外环境的分析，制定KWSW公司经营管理的发展战略，明确发展战略愿景、发展战略定位、发展战略目标，制定基于SWOT的发展战略，结合KWSW公司实际选择发展战略。最后，针对KWSW公司经营管理存在问题的分析，提出KWSW公司经营管理改善的实施及保障措施。
英文摘要：	Due to the continuous progress of science and technology, economic development changes to high quality growth, leading a group of technology progress in high-tech enterprise arises at the historic moment, these enterprises face severe homogeneities, in order to solve problems current high-tech enterprises are faced effectively, make technology enterprise moving towards benign development and growth stage in the future, comply with development strategy, improve management are the main task now. This thesis takes KWSW company as an example, the crisis and opportunities coexist, difficulties and advantages of situation, should be what kind of enterprise development strategy and management idea, adapt to market development how to make good use of national policy, industry opportunities and minimize risk will be inevitably, from the simple strategy into the prospective one, raise the position in the market and expand the market share. To occupy the core position in the field, carry out in-depth research on enterprise strategic development, strategic planning and management improvement. This thesis, according to the topic research background, the thesis first introduces the relevant domestic and international research situation, and the concept of enterprise management, the development strategy of enterprise development strategic level, SWOT analysis and so on. Secondly, introduce the company profile, organizational structure and business development of KWSW company, analysis of the development of KWSW macro environment, industry environment; Thirdly, it analyzes the three problems existing in the operation and management of KWSW company. Fourthly, based on the analysis of internal and external environment of KWSW company, the development strategy, vision, positioning of KWSW is clarified, and the development strategy is selected with the actual situation of KWSW company. Finally, this thesis puts forward the implementation and guarantee measures for the improvement of the operation and management of KWSW company.
