| 中文摘要: | 现如今随着我国社会主义现代化的快速发展,经济水平的不断提升,我国房地产行业作为国民经济支柱型产业,得到了空间的发展,与此同时我国的物业管理和服务也都较过去越发完善,其作为一种新兴的产业模式和公共服务得到了快速的发展,现如今,物业的管理和服务越发多元化,其在管理上也都越来越专业化,物业公司其作为一个新兴的行业群体在项目实施、组织管理、资源分配以及人力资源的管理方面都还需要完善和优化,本文基于当前物业公司的管理现状,将多项目管理理论的思想拓展到物业公司的管理当中,以此有效的解决物业公司在管理上存在的缺陷,为企业战略格局的实现提供有效的指导。 本文的研究内容主要分为五个部分,第一部分为绪论,简要介绍了文章的研究背景、研究意义和研究方法;第二部分为理论综述部分,对文章相关的理论和国内外文献做出论述;第三部分为问题分析部分,在简要介绍X物业公司情况的基础上分析了企业多项目人力资源管理现状和存在的问题;第四部分为原因分析,通过深入上述存在的问题简要分析了产生这些问题的原因;第五部分为对策部分,针对上一章提出的问题提出了具有针对性的解决对策。本文通过分析X物业公司多项目人力资源管理,对管理中存在的问题从管理机制、配置模式、激励培养机制和获取模式上进行了讨论与分析,为其他同类企业的人力资源管理提供了具有可操作性的依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays, with the rapid development of socialist modernization and the continuous improvement of economic level in our country, the real estate industry in our country, as a pillar industry of the national economy, has been developed in space. At the same time, the property management and service in our country are more and more perfect than before. As a new industrial model and public service, it has been developed rapidly. Nowadays, the management of property has been improved rapidly. As a new industry group, property companies need to improve and optimize project implementation, organization management, resource allocation and human resources management. Based on the current management situation of property companies, this paper extends the idea of multi-project management theory to the management of property companies. In order to effectively solve the management defects of property companies, and provide effective guidance for the realization of enterprise strategic pattern. The research content of this paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, which briefly introduces the research background, research significance and research methods; the second part is the theory review part, which discusses the relevant theories and domestic and foreign literature; the third part is the problem analysis part, which analyzes the multi project human resources of the enterprise based on the brief introduction of X property company The fourth part is the analysis of the causes, through in-depth analysis of the above-mentioned problems, it briefly analyzes the causes of these problems; the fifth part is the countermeasure part, aiming at the problems raised in the previous chapter, it puts forward targeted solutions. By analyzing the multi project human resource management of X property company, this paper discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the management from the aspects of management mechanism, allocation mode, incentive training mechanism and acquisition mode, which provides operable basis for the human resource management of other similar enterprises. | |
