中文摘要:工业机器人是国家重点发展的领域,虽然中国工业机器人行业近几年整体发展快速,但工业机器人产业是技术密集型和资金密集型产业,投资大、投资周期长。因此近年来对于工业机器人企业的创业投资,不管是从投资回报还是从企业发展规模上来看,往往都会低于投资决策时对创业项目的预期。我国机器人产业发展时间尚短,创业投资对整体产业将起到非常重要的作用。南开大学创新创业基地(简称NIF公司)是国内领先的,专注于早期高成长性的、科技企业孵化服务和科技投资的公司,对优质的工业机器人创业企业进行创业投资。 本文研究的评价目的是建立NIF公司对工业机器人创业企业投资评价方法。被评价对象为可投资的工业机器人企业。评价者是NIF公司投资人员。本文结合工业机器行业特点和NIF公司投资实务的自身情况,通过层次分析法结合问卷调查法建立了NIF公司对工业机器人企业创业投资评价指标体系。在构建工业机器人企业创业投资评价指标体系时,将工业机器人本体类型和工业机器人集成商类型在指标权重上进行了区分,从而使指标体系更具有可行性,具有实践意义。然后本文选择模糊综合评价方法建立NIF公司对工业机器人创业企业投资评价的方法,并根据NIF公司的实际情况进行了改进,同时建立了NIF公司对工业机器人创业企业投资评价方法,最后讨论了评价方法的步骤和结论分析。 NIF公司对工业机器人创业企业投资评价的评价结论,不仅可以帮助NIF判断企业投资价值,还可以通过NIF的“4+3X”深度孵化服务为工业机器人企业提供更多有价值的服务。这对整体工业机器人行业的发展可以起到良好的促进的作用,有利于打造国内良好的工业机器人行业生态链。 
英文摘要:Industrial robots are the key areas of development in China. Although the industrial robot industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years, the industrial robot industry is a technology-intensive, capital-intensive industry with large investment and long investment cycle. Therefore, in recent years, the venture capital investment of industrial robot enterprises, whether from the return on investment or the scale of enterprise development, is often lower than the expectations of entrepreneurial projects in investment decisions. Because of short development time of China's industrial robot industry, venture capital will play a very important role in the overall industry. NanKai University Innovation Fund is a leading domestic company focused on early high-growth, technology business incubator services and technology investments, investing in high-quality industrial robot startups. The purpose of this thesis research evaluation is to establish NIF company's investment evaluation method for industrial robot startups. The object of evaluation is an investable industrial robot company. The evaluator is an investor in NIF company. Based on the characteristics of the industrial machine industry and the self-investment of NIF company's investment practice, this thesis establishes the NIF company's evaluation index system for industrial robot enterprise venture capital through the analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey method. In the construction of industrial robot enterprise venture capital evaluation index system, the industrial robot ontology type and industrial robot integrator type are distinguished in the index weight, which makes the index system more feasible and practical. Then this thesis choose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish NIF company's investment evaluation method for industrial robot startup enterprise, and improve according to the actual situation of NIF company. At the same time, NIF company's investment evaluation method for industrial robot startup enterprise is established. Finally, the evaluation method is discussed. Analysis of steps and conclusions. NIF company 's evaluation of the investment evaluation of industrial robot startups can not only help NIF company judge the value of enterprise investment, but also provide more valuable services to industrial robot enterprises through NIF company's “4+3X” deep incubation service. This can play a good role in promoting the development of the overall industrial robot industry, and it is also conducive to building a good domestic industrial robot industry ecological chain.
