| 中文摘要: | 信息行为是情报学的重要概念之一,我国学者对于对中小学尤其是乡镇中小学教师的信息行为研究关注度不高。2001年,教育部启动了新一轮基础教育课程改革,它革新了课程体制,改变了教师的角色。为了提高乡镇中小学教师的信息素养,推动乡镇中小学新课程改革及教育信息化的有效进行,本研究将河北省沧州市的中小学教师群体作为研究对象,通过前期文献分析,归纳信息需求、信息搜寻行为基本情况、信息搜寻行为特征及影响因素,完成问卷设计。然后通过问卷调查对教师的信息搜寻行为特征包括信息需求、信息搜寻渠道和信息搜寻障碍进行调查,并通过量表进一步对影响因素进行探究,通过描述性统计分析法、回归分析法对样本数据进行分析,归纳乡镇中小学教师信息搜寻行为基本情况和影响因素,构建影响因素模型,最后提出优化策略。根据数据分析结果,得出以下结论:(1)沧州市乡镇中小学教师信息意识不强;许多学校的基础信息设备并不完善,图书馆由于书籍老旧,也没有得到充分的利用。教师的个人背景如年龄、学历以及身份的不同会在教师的信息需求上产生差异。和信息搜寻行为特征上产生差异。(2)教师个人的信息意识和个人情感、态度与价值观均对行为产生影响,此外信息质量与信息环境及社会环境也会对教师的信息搜寻行为产生影响。基于此,本研究提出优化建议。为乡镇中小学教师的教学水平的提高及教师角色的转变提供帮助,为政府、学校和图书馆提高服务水平及学校对教师信息素养相关的培训提供参考,为推行乡镇中小学的教育提供可能。丰富图书情报领域对于乡镇中小学教师这个特定群体信息行为的研究,丰富信息行为研究领域。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Information behavior is one of the important concepts of information science. Chinese scholars pay little attention to the study of information behavior of teachers in primary and secondary schools, especially in rural primary and secondary schools. In 2001, the Ministry of Education launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform, which reformed the curriculum system and changed the role of teachers. In order to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in villages and towns and promote the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform and educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in villages and towns, this study takes the primary and secondary school teachers in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province as the research object, and completes the questionnaire design by summarizing the information demand, information searching behavior basic situation, information searching behavior characteristics and influencing factors. Then through the survey, this study investigate the characteristics of teachers' information searching behavior, including information demand, information searching channels and information searching obstacles, and through the scale to further exploration of the influencing factors, summarize the basic situation and influencing factors of information searching behavior of primary and secondary school teachers in villages and towns by descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. Finally, this study put forward the optimization strategy. According to the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The information awareness of rural primary and secondary school in Cangzhou is not strong. The basic information equipment is not perfect, and the library is not fully utilized due to the old books. The difference of teachers' personal background, such as age, education background and identity, will result in the differences of teachers' information needs and information searching behavior characteristics. (2) Teachers' personal information consciousness, personal emotion, attitude and values have an impact on their behavior. In addition, information quality, information environment and social environment also have an impact on Teachers' information searching behavior. Based on this, this study puts forward optimization suggestions. It can provide help for the improvement of teaching level and the change of teachers' role, provide reference for the government, schools and libraries to improve the service level and the training of teachers' information literacy, and provide possibility for the implementation of education in rural primary and secondary schools. It can enrich the field of Library and information research on the information behavior of rural primary and secondary school teachers, and enrich the field of information behavior research. | |
