中文摘要:当今社会随着国民物质需求的不断发展,制造业也顺应形式,发生了翻天覆地的变化。传统的大批量生产方式逐渐转变为了多品种小批量的生产方式。在这一变革中,原有的产品开发模式已无法适应市场快速的需求以及不断变化的趋势。因此为了顺应市场形势,完成这一转变,就必须在原有大批量生产企业产品开发模式的基础上进行修正。而产品开发管理,作为产品开发工作中的重要组成部分,其改善便成了重中之重。纵观国内产品开发体系,针对多品种小批量产品开发管理经验较匮乏。尤其在产品开发过程中品质、成本和日程的控制上均没有很好的管理工具和流程方法。特别是多品种小批量产品开发过程复杂多变、不确定性较大的特性,现有开发管理流程体系无法完全适应。以至于大幅度增加了开发的时间和成本。这也便是本文论述的核心问题。本文的主要研究内容为多品种小批量产品开发管理流程的改善方法。通过恰当有效的流程和工具来对多品种小批量产品开发过程进行合理有效的管理,并结合A公司新产品开发项目的具体过程对这些内容进行研究,为 A公司的开发管理流程提出正确的改善方案。本文采用了文献研究法、对比研究法、经验总结法,力争通过对多品种小批量产品开发项目流程进行研究,为A公司开发管理工作确定可行性高的改善方案。在对多品种小批量产品开发流程进行分析以及实际查看A公司开发的过程中,发现了A公司产品开发过程中质量、成本、时间三大方面的问题。在产品开发质量管理方面,A公司没有建立完善的管理流程,以至于在产品开发中的很多重要节点没有管控机制。在成本方面,A公司频繁出现产品开发返工的情况,造成大量的成本损失。在时间方面,A公司由于开发流程单一,经常无法满足客户的日程要求。面对这些问题,本文通过研究各行业产品开发流程的演变历史、APQP流程、技术创新管理和评价体系相关理论、以及挣值管理相关理论,为A公司产品开发问题找到了解决办法。并在实际实践中利用其中的工具和方法对A公司产品开发产生实质性的影响。A公司的情况贴合多品种小批量产品开发的实际情况,具有普遍参考性和实际应用意义。 
英文摘要:Nowadays, with the continuous development of national material demand, manufacturing industry also conforms to the tendency and undergoes tremendous changes. The traditional mass production mode has gradually changed into a multi-variety and small-batch production mode. In this change, the original product development model has been unable to adapt to the rapid market demand and changing trends. Therefore, in order to adapt to the market situation and complete this change, it is necessary to revise the product development model of the original large-scale production enterprises. Product development management, as an important part of product development work, its improvement has become the top priority. Throughout the domestic product development system, there is a lack of experience in the development and management of multi-varieties and small batches of products. Especially in the process of product development, there are no good management tools and process methods on quality, cost and schedule control. Especially for the complex and changeable development process of multi-variety and small-batch products, the existing development management process system can not fully adapt to it. So that greatly increased the development time and cost. This is also the core issue discussed in this thesis. The main research content of this thesis is the improvement method of multi-variety and small batch product development management process. Through appropriate and effective processes and tools to manage the development process of multi-varieties and small batches of products reasonably and effectively, and combining with the specific process of the new product development project of Company A, this paper studies these contents, and puts forward the correct improvement plan for the development and management process of Company A. This thesis adopts the methods of literature study, comparative study and experience summary, and strives to study the process of multi-variety and small-batch product development projects, so as to determine a feasible improvement plan for the development and management of Company A. Through the analysis of the development process of multi-variety and small batch products and the actual inspection of the development process of Company A, three major problems of quality, cost and time in the process of product development of Company A were found. In product development quality management, Company A has not established a sound management process, so that many important nodes in product development don’t have no control mechanism. In terms of cost, company A frequently occurs the situation of product development rework, resulting in a large number of cost losses. In terms of time, company A often fails to meet customer's schedule requirements because of its single development process. Faced with these problems, this thesis studies the evolution history of product development process, APQP process, technology innovation management and evaluation system theory, as well as earned value management theory, and finds a solution to the product development problem of A company. And in practice, the use of tools and methods has a substantial impact on the product development of Company A. Company A's situation is in line with the actual situation of multi-variety and small-batch product development, and has universal reference and practical application significance.
