中文摘要:随着管理学的发展和时代的发展,设备维护管理作为管理学中的一个分支,它的地位变得越来越重要。设备可以说是一个企业的物质基础,而设备维护管理水平的高低将直接影响企业的产出,所以对设备维护管理的新方法和新策略的探究变得十分有意义。近年来,天津地区地震监测设备逐渐增多,由原来的110台套增加为200台套,设备数量达到1380台,设备数量和维护难度急剧上升。目前D局的维护方式属于事后处理,事后维修,没有科学系统的维护策略与规划,影响了数据质量与数据连续,影响了科研工作。只有通过改进目前D局的维护管理策略,提高管理水平,降低故障率,提升数据连续率,延长设备的使用寿命,延长连续可靠工作时间,才能使得科研和经济效益最大化。本文结合D局设备维护管理现状,采用理论研究与实践相结合的方法,基于真实数据,运用以可靠性为中心的设备维护管理和预防维护、状态监测维护管理等方法分析目前设备维护管理中出现的问题,并给出对策,总结经验。为全国的地震行业监测设备维护管理,做出了有益的探索。 
英文摘要:With the development of management science and times, equipment maintenance management, as a branch of management science, is becoming more and more important. Equipment can be said to be the material basis of an enterprise , and the level of equipment maintenance management will directly affect the output of the enterprise. Therefore, it is very meaningful to explore new methods and strategies for equipment maintenance management. In recent years, the number of earthquake monitoring equipment in tianjin increased gradually, from 110 to 200, and the number of equipment reached 1380. The number of equipment and maintenance difficulty increased sharply. Maintenance mode D bureau at present belongs to the later maintenance, emergency treatment in the majority of the state, maintenance strategy is given priority to with is bad is repaired, there is no scientific system maintenance policy and planning, affect the data quality and data rate of continuous, impact on the scientific research work. Only by improving the current maintenance management strategy of bureau D, improving the management level, reducing the failure rate, improving the data continuity rate, extending the service life of the equipment, and extending the continuous and reliable working time, can scientific research and economic benefits be maximized . Combined with the current situation of equipment maintenance and management in bureau D, this thesis adopts the method of combining theoretical research and practice, and based on real data, analyzes the problems in current equipment maintenance and management by means of reliability-centered equipment maintenance management, preventive maintenance, status monitoring and other methods, and gives countermeasures and summarizes experience. For the national seismic industry monitoring equipment maintenance and management, made a beneficial exploration.
