中文摘要：	近年来，电视行业发展迅速，行业内竞争激烈，电视产品中的需求越来越多样化，而且很难在项目计划阶段就确定下来，需要在软件迭代过程中逐渐明细和确认。在这样的背景下，传统的瀑布项目管理模式和增量的迭代项目管理模式都无法做到快速应对需求的变化。因此，需要引入一种更加灵活的顺应时代变化的软件开发流程。敏捷思想和敏捷开发流程自2001年提出就被认为是打破思维的革命性变革，个体的创造力和效率在敏捷团队中得到最大的发挥，而做好敏捷需求管理是成功实践敏捷思想的重要一环。 本文首先回顾了项目管理理论、敏捷思想与Scrum开发方法和需求管理相关理论，接着介绍了L公司电视开发项目的概况与特点，从项目的需求分析过程、需求实现过程及需求变更过程出发，分析了需求管理方面存在的问题，并说明L公司电视开发项目引入敏捷的必要性。然后，提出了基于敏捷Scrum方法的需求管理的改进方案研究，包括从敏捷团队的组建、敏捷实践的引入到敏捷需求管理体系的建立的整个过程的改善方法，并且将改进方案的研究结果应用到实际的开发项目中，通过详细阐述在项目实施过程中如何将敏捷Scrum方法运用到需求管理过程，并对需求管理的改善效果进行分析，用实例证明了敏捷思想和敏捷Scrum方法在电视开发项目需求管理中的适用性。最后，对前面的研究进行总结，提出本文的结论和创新之处，同时指出本文研究的局限性和对未来研究的展望。 希望通过本文对L公司电视开发项目的敏捷需求管理的研究，为其他企业实施敏捷需求管理和更灵活快速的应对需求变化提供一定的参考，为提升国内软件项目质量、提高软件项目的成功率和满意度作出一份贡献。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the TV industry has been developing rapidly with fierce competition in the industry, and the requirements of TV products are becoming more and more diversified. Moreover, it is difficult to determine in the project planning stage, and it needs to be detailed and confirmed gradually in the software iteration process. In this context, the traditional waterfall project management model and the incremental iterative project management model are unable to quickly respond to the changing requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a more flexible software development process to adapt to the changing times. Agile idea and Scrum development process have been considered as a revolutionary change to break thinking since it was put forward in 2001. The creativity and efficiency of individuals are maximized in Scrum teams, and doing agile requirements management well is an important part of the successful practice of agile idea. Firstly, this thesis reviewed the theory of project management, agile ideas, Scrum development methods and requirements management theory, and then introduces the L company of the general situation and characteristics of the TV development project, from the project requirements analysis process, requirements realization process and requirements changement process, this thesis analyzes the problems existing in requirements management, and explains the necessity of introducing agile into the TV development project of L company. Then, put forward the research on the improvement of requirements management based on agile Scrum method, it includes methods to improve the whole process from the establishment of agile team, the introduction of agile practices to the establishment of agile requirements management system, and the research results of the improvement scheme are applied to the actual development projects, through description in detail how agile Scrum can be applied to the requirements management process during project implementation, and analyze the improvement effect of requirements management, moreover, an example is given to prove the applicability of agile thought and Scrum method in TV development project requirements management. Finally, this thesis summarizes the previous research, puts forward the conclusions and innovations of this thesis, and points out the limitations of this research and prospects for future research. It is hoped that through the research on the agile requirements management of L company's TV development project, it can provide some references for other enterprises to implement agile requirements management and respond to requirements changes more flexibly and quickly, and make a contribution to improve the quality of domestic software projects, improve the success rate and satisfaction of software projects.
