中文摘要：	随着计算机科学及互联网技术的高速发展，信息化已经成为当前企业发展的必然途径。物资管理对于企业的正常发展有着非常重要的影响作用，原有的物资管理方式已经很难适应当前信息化时代的要求，物资管理的信息化已经成为一种必然趋势。企业纷纷启用开发成熟的信息化软件来辅助管理，比如ERP（企业资源计划）信息管理系统。物资管理活动在应用了ERP系统之后，企业的管理水平显著提升。然而一方面由于软件本身的固化功能不够灵活，一方面由于企业本身管理水平的限制，往往导致信息流与业务流异步，数据失准，管理控制不到位等问题，提升效果并不明显，需要采取进一步的措施来实现系统优化，以实现物资采购业务的顺畅运行，从而保障生产，服务市场，进一步提高企业核心竞争力。 在文献理论研究的基础上，本文以A石油装备制造企业ERP物资管理模块为研究对象，就如何建立改进措施，提升ERP物资管理运行效率和效果进行了研究。深入分析了A公司当前ERP物资管理业务流程中在寻源管理、采购管理及结算管理环节的问题，针对具体问题提出了切实的优化方案，在数据质量、流程规范、运转效率、工作强度、资金把控等方面进行了优化，并采取了合理的保障措施加以实现，最后对优化效果进行了评估。 本文在进行ERP系统物资管理模块优化过程所采取的方法及思路，对已经上线运行ERP系统物资管理模块，或是准备上线ERP系统的装备制造企业，有一定的参考和借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of computer science and Internet technology, informatization has become an inevitable way for the development of enterprises. Material management has a very important effect on the normal development of enterprises. The original material management method has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the current information age, and material management information has become an inevitable trend. Enterprises have enabled the development of mature information software to assist management, such as ERP (enterprise resource planning) information management system. Material management activities after the application of ERP system, enterprise management level significantly improved. However, on the one hand, as a result of the curing function of the software itself is not flexible, on the one hand, because of the limitation of management level of enterprise itself often leads to asynchronous, information flow and traffic flow data, management and control problems, such as promotion effect is not obvious, need to take further measures to realize system optimization, to achieve the procurement business running smoothly, to ensure the production, the service market, further improve the enterprise core competitiveness. Based on the theoretical study of literature, this thesis takes ERP material management module of A petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprise as the research object, and studies how to establish improvement measures to improve the operation efficiency and effect of ERP material management. In-depth analysis of the company A current ERP material management business process in finding the source management, purchasing management and settlement management link problems, puts forward the practical optimization scheme for the specific problem, the data quality, process specifications, and operating efficiency, work intensity, the respect such as capital controls the optimized, and adopt the reasonable security measures to be implemented, finally, the optimization results were evaluated. The methods and ideas adopted in the optimization process of ERP system material management module in this thesis are of certain reference and reference significance to the equipment manufacturing enterprises that have already put the material management module of ERP system online or are preparing to put the ERP system online.
