中文摘要：	近年来，建筑装饰行业的发展势头良好。随着人们生活水平的提高，人们的审美能力也得到了提升，对建筑装饰提出了更高的要求，建筑装饰行业一直处于高速发展之中。尽管建筑装饰的市场规模不断扩大，整个市场的企业数量却表现出稳定的减少趋势，市场竞争日益激烈，企业面临的财务风险水平不断提高。财务风险的存在会直接影响到企业的生存和发展，有的企业甚至以失败、破产告终。企业应当充分认识财务风险控制的重要性，在生产经营过程中实时关注各类财务风险，以便尽早发现、及时应对，避免或降低对企业可能造成的财务损失。 本文选取了LK装饰公司作为研究对象。该公司成立于2005年，经历了建筑装饰行业的高速发展时期。公司在天津市场创造了自己的品牌知名度并积累了丰富的业务经验。由于公司管理人员风险意识的淡薄和公司对财务风险控制的忽视，加之市场竞争日益激烈，近年来公司财务风险逐步加剧，公司经营面临困境。首先，本文从财务风险和财务风险控制的相关理论入手，在了解了建筑装饰行业的行业特征及LK装饰公司基本情况后，从投资风险、筹资风险及资金回收风险三个方面介绍了LK装饰公司的财务风险控制现状。其次，在公司基本情况及财务风险控制现状介绍的基础上，总结了LK装饰公司在投资风险、筹资风险和资金回收风险控制上存在的主要问题，从财务风险控制策略、企业文化、组织体系、信息系统及财务风险控制相关流程等方面分析了存在财务风险控制问题的主要原因。最后，针对财务风险控制存在问题及其产生的主要原因，提出了LK装饰公司财务风险控制改进方案及保障措施。 总之，LK装饰公司的财务风险控制在我国建筑装饰行业内的企业中具有一定代表性，对其财务风险控制进行研究具有一定的现实意义。通过本文的研究希望为LK装饰公司有效控制财务风险，摆脱目前经营困局，谋求持续健康发展提供帮助。同时也希望为建筑装饰行业内其他企业提供借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	In recent years,the construction decoration industry has a good trend of development.With the improvement of people's living standards and aesthetic ability,higher requirements have been put forward for construction decoration.The construction decoration industry has always been in a high-speed development.Although the scale of the market for construction decoration continues to expand,the number of enterprises in the entire market has shown a steady decline trend.The market competition has become increasingly fierce,and the level of financial risks faced by enterprises has continuously increased.The existence of financial risk will directly affect the survival and development of enterprises.Some enterprises even end in failure and bankruptcy.Enterprises should fully recognize the importance of financial risk management and pay attention to all kinds of financial risks during production and business operations,so they can find out and response as soon as possible to avoid or reduce possible financial losses. This paper selects LK decoration company as the research object which was established in 2005 and has experienced the rapid development period of the construction decoration industry.The company has created its own brand reputation in the Tianjin market and accumulated a wealth of business experience.Due to the weak financial risk consciousness and the neglect of the company's financial management of the company's managers,coupled with the increasingly fierce market competition,the business operations of the company are facing difficulties in recent years,and financial risks of the company have gradually intensified.Firstly,this paper starts from the theory of financial risk and financial risk control,and after understanding the industry characteristics of the building decoration industry and the basic situation of LK decoration company,This paper introduces the financial risk control status of LK decoration company from three aspects:investment risk,funding risk and capital recovery risk.Secondly,on the basis of the introduction of the company's basic situation and financial risk control,the paper summarizes the main problems existing in LK decoration company's investment risk,fund raising risk and fund recovery risk control.This paper analyzes the main reasons of risk control problems from the aspects of financial risk control strategy,enterprise culture,organization system,information system,and related processes.Finally,in view of the main reasons for the problems in financial risk control,this paper proposes an improvement plan and safeguard measures for the financial risk control of LK decoration company. In a word, the financial risk control of LK decoration company is representative among the enterprises in China's construction decoration industry, so it is of practical significance to study its financial risk control. Through the study of this paper, it is hoped that LK decoration company can effectively control financial risks, get rid of the current business difficulties, and seek sustainable and healthy development. At the same time, it also hopes to provide reference for other enterprises in the construction decoration industry.
