中文摘要：	本文在经济结构转型、产业调整及京津冀一体化的大背景下，结合蓬勃发展的高价值产业状况，聚焦于航空物流行业，落脚于天津机场航空物流产业发展，对影响天津机场航空物流发展的因素做了梳理及量化分析，对天津机场航空物流的发展策略及保障措施提出了建议。 本文以航空物流相关理论作为指导，系统分析天津机场航空物流业发展现状，对京津冀三地情况进行了对比分析，并结合内外部环境，对天津机场航空物流发展的自身优势及劣势因素、外部机会与威胁因素进行了深入分析，本研究还邀请业内专家对影响因素进行归纳总结并赋予权重，利用层次分析法对各因素分析验证，明确了各因素对天津机场航空物流发展的影响程度。 据此，本文提出了天津机场航空物流发展战略的重点，主要体现在主动融入京津冀一体化、升级口岸功能、增强航空通达性及中转连通性、优化口岸运营环境、搭建综合信息平台等方面，并提出了具体落地措施策略，以助力天津机场打造中国国际航空物流中心。 本文以产业转型发展的视角去分析天津机场航空物流发展的方向及重点，聚焦于高价值产业才是发展策略的核心所在。在探讨国内外大型航空物流中心成功实践的基础上，本研究从多个维度进行分析比较，得出了比较全面的结论。本研究不仅关注到机会及红利，而且充分考虑了所面临的困难及对策，对天津机场航空物流的健康发展有一定的政策参考价值和实际指导意义。
英文摘要：	On the basis of economic restructuring, industrial adjustment and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, combined with the vigorous development of high-value industries, this thesis focuses on the aviation logistics industry and the development of the aviation logistics industry of Tianjin Airport. Combining with the work practice, this thesis combs out the influencing factors of Tianjin aviation logistics and makes a quantitative analysis. This thesis also put forward some suggestions about development strategy and safeguard measures of Tianjin Airport air logistics. Drawing on the ideas and achievements of domestic and foreign aviation logistics research, guided by synergy theory, differentiation development theory and logistics integration theory, this thesis systematically analyses the development status and existing pain points and problems of Tianjin airport aviation logistics industry, compares the situation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Tianjin airport aviation logistics development are analyzed in depth. On the basis of qualitative analysis, experts in the industry are invited to sum up the influencing factors and give weight to them. Then, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to quantify the influencing factors, and the consistency test is carried out. Combining of qualitative judgment and quantitative verification, this thesis clarifies the influencing degree of each factor on the development of Tianjin Airport Aviation logistics. Accordingly, this thesis puts forward that the key points of Tianjin Airport's aviation logistics development strategy should focus on actively integrating Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, sharing synergistic dividends, improving port functions to build integrated air port service providers, tending to freight transport, enhancing air accessibility and transit connectivity, reducing costs and increasing efficiency to optimize port operating environment. Integrative information platform to avoid information islands and other aspects, This thesis also put forward specific landing measures and strategies to help Tianjin Airport build China International Aviation Logistics Center. At the same time, this thesis also analyzed and summarized the planning steps and safeguard measures of strategic landing and put forward reasonable suggestions. The main innovation of this thesis is to analyze the direction and focus of Tianjin Airport's aviation logistics development from the perspective of industrial transformation and development. Focusing on high-value industries is the right way to develop. This thesis studies the successful practices of large-scale aviation logistics centers at home and abroad, and compares them from multiple dimensions. The conclusions are more comprehensive and have certain policy reference value. This thesis not only focuses on opportunities and dividends, but also studies the difficulties and countermeasure, has certain practical guiding significance to the Tianjin aviation logistics development. The research in this thesis is limited by the level of personal knowledge, and there are some shortcomings in the universality of conclusions and the height of theoretical research.
