中文摘要：	随着市场竞争愈演愈烈，现代银行的发展面临着极为严峻的压力。在此背景下，A农商银行目前必须建立并完善现有的管理体制，使之向现代股份制银行转变。A农商银行可以建立科学合理的绩效管理念体系，提高员工绩效管理的合理性，进而促进企业的发展与稳定。目前，许多股份制公司的经营目的都是为了提升企业的价值，因此，EVA指标考核体系的构建成为了各大股份制公司的必然选择。这不仅直接关系到银行体系本身的健康运作和发展,而且还对国家整个宏观经济的运行有着非常重要的影响作用。 文中回顾了国内外对EVA考核的研究成果，阐述EVA、绩效管理的概念，并介绍了A农商银行的组织结构、经营目标等基本内容。对A农商银行的绩效考核体系进行了深入的分析与研究结出其中存在的问题。本文将A农商银行作为研究对象，应用EVA进行绩效管理的评价，从EVA角度结合A农商银行绩效管理的实际进行具体分析，设计了该银行引入的EVA绩效指标评价体系，并深入分析了其产生的具体成效，对于A农商银行来说，EVA管理体系与其战略目标相一致，A农商银行将EVA理论引入银行的管理体系当中，促进了A农商银行的业务转型，对自身的发展起到了一定的促进作用，有利于A农商银行总体目标的实现。最后总结并提出相应保障性措施，保证该绩效考核评价体系切实可行。
英文摘要：	With the increasing competition in the market, the development of modern banks is facing extremely severe pressure. In this context, A Agricultural Commercial Bank must establish and improve the existing management system to modern joint-stock banks. A Agricultural Commercial Bank can establish a scientific and reasonable performance management system, improve the rationality of employee performance management, and then promote the development and stability of enterprises. At present, the management purpose of many joint-stock companies is to enhance the value of enterprises, therefore, the construction of EVA index assessment system has become the inevitable choice of major joint-stock companies. This is not only directly related to the healthy operation and development of the banking system itself. Moreover, it also plays a very important role in the operation of the country's macro-economy as a whole. This paper reviews the research results of EVA assessment at home and abroad, expounds the concepts of EVA and performance management, and introduces the organizational structure, business objectives and other basic contents of A rural commercial bank. The performance appraisal system of rural commercial bank A was analyzed and studied in depth. As the research object, this paper will be A agri-businesses bank performance management of the evaluation on the application of EVA, farmers from the EVA Angle combined with A commercial bank performance management, carry out specific analysis on the actual design of the EVA performance indicators evaluation system, introduced the bank, and deeply analyzes its produce concrete results, for A bank of agribusiness, EVA management system consistent with its strategic objectives, introduce the EVA theory A agri-businesses bank management system, business transformation, promoted A agri-businesses bank to have played A role in promoting the development of itself, is conducive to A agri-businesses Banks' overall goal realization. Finally, the corresponding safeguard measures are summarized and put forward to ensure the feasibility of the performance evaluation system.
