中文摘要:目前现行的中小民营企业管理体制,使获得人才和利用人才成为困扰其发展的一个非常严重的问题,对高端人才形不成足够大的吸引力,人才短缺,严重制约着中小民营企业发展。越来越多的中小民营企业采用股权激励的方式,通过分配股权,使授予者获取企业长期收益,可以有效增强中小民营企业关键员工的长期稳定性和工作积极性,企业也会因此而获益。 本文选择案例为处于快速发展阶段的KT包装设备公司作为研究对象,他作为科技创新型中小民营企业的代表,分析其发展特点及发展规律。本文先就股权激励的相关理论进行综合阐述之后,得出股权激励对中小民营企业管理者、企业所有者和企业自身都会产生积极的影响。文中对几种常用的股权激励模式进行横向比较后,选择出适合中小民营企业的股权激励工具,形成比较完善有针对性和实施价值的股权激励实施方案,后续研究则对方案实施之后展开SWOT分析,进而能够切身为企业发展形成优化措施,提升其市场竞争力。 本文研究的KT包装设备公司,通过行业分析及企业现状分析,对股权激励实施方案进行详细探究。本文的创新点体现在通过七步法对科技创新型中小民营企业进行股权激励方案设计。人才短缺是目前直接限制中小民营企业发展的关键所在,也是影响其竞争力的主要原因,展开股权激励研究,对具体方案进行细化分析探讨,为企业应用股权激励提供借鉴参考。本次研究当中对于中小民营企业实施股权激励需要能够满足的各方面内外部条件展开分析,对切实有效实施股权激励方案提供参考借鉴,进而为优化方案提供保障,为切实推进股权激励提供参考。最后获取研究结论,通过以上案例的实践证明,中小民营企业实施股权激励计划后,对员工的长期激励性和约束性同时得以体现,阐述了股权激励在科技创新型中小民营企业实施的必要性。  
英文摘要:At present, the current management system of small and medium-sized private enterprises makes the acquisition of talents and the use of talents a very serious problem that plagues their development. The high-end talents are not sufficiently attractive, and the shortage of talents seriously restricts the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises. More and more small and medium-sized private enterprises adopt equity incentives. By distributing equity, the grantees can obtain long-term income of the enterprise, which can effectively enhance the long-term stability and enthusiasm of key employees of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and enterprises will benefit from it. This paper selects the case as the research object of KT packaging equipment company in the rapid development stage. As a representative of small and medium-sized private enterprises with scientific and technological innovation, this paper analyzes its development characteristics and development law. After comprehensively expounding the relevant theories of equity incentives, this paper concludes that equity incentives will have a positive impact on small and medium-sized private enterprise managers, business owners and enterprises themselves. After horizontal comparison of several commonly used equity incentive models, the paper selects the equity incentive tools suitable for small and medium-sized private enterprises, and forms a relatively complete and targeted implementation of equity incentives. The follow-up study will launch SWOT analysis after the implementation of the scheme. In turn, it can form an optimization measure for the development of the company and enhance its market competitiveness. The KT packaging equipment company studied in this paper conducts a detailed exploration of the equity incentive implementation plan through industry analysis and enterprise status analysis. The innovation of this paper is reflected in the design of equity incentive scheme for small and medium-sized private enterprises in science and technology innovation through the seven-step method. The shortage of talents is the key to directly restricting the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises. It is also the main reason that affects its competitiveness. It conducts equity incentive research, and carries out detailed analysis and discussion on specific programs, which provides reference for enterprises to apply equity incentives. This study analyzes the internal and external conditions of various aspects of small and medium-sized private enterprises that need to be able to meet the requirements of equity incentives, and provides reference for the effective implementation of equity incentive schemes, and then provides guarantees for optimization schemes, and provides a reference for the practical promotion of equity incentives. Finally, the research conclusions are obtained. The practice of the above cases proves that after the implementation of the equity incentive plan for small and medium-sized private enterprises, the long-term incentive and restraint of employees is also reflected, and the necessity of implementing equity incentives in small and medium-sized private enterprises with technological innovation is expounded.
