| 中文摘要: | 银行理财自2004年第一支“阳光理财A计划”来到市场后,经过十几年的高速发展,已经成为我国“影子银行”的第一主力军。根据中国银行业理财市场报告,截止2017年底,我国共有562家银行发行存续的理财产品9.35万只,总余额29.4万亿。但2018年底收官前的一则新闻,“理财业务违规,6家银行罚金共计1.56亿元”,却是监管对于我国银行业理财市场,敲响的一记重钟。在银保监局公开披露的行政处罚决定书中,针对目前银行业理财市场的乱象,明确指出了其中存在的违规行为问题,并且给予了重罚,也再次表明了监管对于整治理财市场的决心。在过去的十几年银行理财市场蓬勃发展的过程中,银行拿着投资人的钱,肆意的用于各类资金领域,走着各样的“灰色地带”,通过种种手段利用银行理财从市场圈来期限不等的低利率资金,借助方式不一的“资金池”及“期限错配”,转而或借或投各类高利率资产,进而攫取高额的资金利差。 本文选取了P银行理财产品业务的发展策略进行研究。针对行业研究背景、研究意义、文献综述以及研究内容、研究方法和创新之处进行了分析说明;对核心竞争优势理论和战略管理理论等本文所运用的相关理论进行介绍,并对银行理财产品业务的发展历程进行阐述;然后对P银行理财业务发展进行了分析,论述了P银行以及其理财产品业务的基本情况和发展历程,通过对目前存在的问题的分析,总结了存在问题的原因;最后,针对这些问题提出了P银行理财产品业务的优化措施,期望能够增强其竞争优势,促进其理财业务的可持续发展。 结论通过对P银行存在问题的分析,以及对相关监管政策的解读,P银行应要做到一方面理财产品的策略要在符合监管要求的基础上,兼顾市场的需求,健康发展;同时在发展理财创新业务的过程中,要持续提升理财服务的专业能力的发展和市场竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the first "Sunshine Finance Plan A" came to the market in 2004, it has been irremediable. After more than ten years of rapid development, it has become the first main force of "shadow bank" in China. According to the financial market report of China's banking industry, by the end of 2017, there were a total of 925,500 financial products issued by 562 banks in China, with a total balance of 29.4 trillion yuan.But before the end of 2018, the news that "the financial management business violates the rules and fines of six banks totaled 156 million yuan" was a heavy bell for the supervision of the financial management market of our banking industry. In the decision on administrative penalty disclosed by the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, in view of the current chaos in the banking financial market, it clearly points out the problems of irregularities, and gives heavy penalties. It also demonstrates once again the determination of the supervision to rectify and govern the financial market.In the course of the vigorous development of the banking financial market in the past decade, banks, with the money of investors, have used it wantonly in all kinds of capital fields, walking along various "grey zones", using various means to finance low-interest funds with different maturities from the market circle, and by means of "pools of funds" and "term mismatch", have turned to borrowing or investing various kinds of high-interest funds. Produce, and then grab high capital spreads. This paper chooses the development strategy of P Bank's financial products business to study. Firstly, it introduces the research background, research significance, literature review, research contents, research methods and innovations of the industry; secondly, it introduces the core competitive advantage theory and strategic management theory, and elaborates on the development process of bank financial products business; secondly, it analyses the development of bank P financial services, introduces Bank P and its innovation. The basic situation and development process of its financial products business, through the analysis of the existing problems, summed up the reasons for the problems. Finally, in view of these problems, put forward the optimization measures of P Bank's financial products business, hoping to enhance its competitive advantage and promote the sustainable development of its financial services.
