中文摘要：	小微制造企业是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础，是创业富民的重要渠道，小微制造企业对于扩大就业、增加税收、促进稳定、繁荣经济等方面具有举足轻重的作用，当下随着我国经济发展步入新常态，国内外经济形势瞬息万变，中美贸易摩擦不断升级，探讨小微制造企业如何能在新常态中克服自身不足、加快企业转型以及进一步完善技术与设备的升级改造以应对企业内外部不断变化环境的挑战、满足日益提高的环保要求，把握机遇，寻求小微制造企业发展出路对于保障经济发展目标、维护社会稳定与和谐发展等都具有重要的意义。 本文首先阐述了小微企业成长障碍研究综述，从理论角度分析小微制造企业成长障碍，包括企业生命周期理论、小微企业成长的一般规律以及小微企业成长障碍的识别与归类等方面的主要结论的梳理。接下来，详细分析了JY包装材料公司自2016年以来2年实际经营状况以及对成长过程中公司内部以及公司外部遇到的实际问题进行了梳理和探讨。其次，对小微制造企业成长外部障碍进行了相应的分析并提出了一些改进措施。然后，又对小微制造企业成长内部障碍进行了整理并提出了相应的改进建议。总之，小微制造企业的困境就是中国经济转型的困境，小微制造企业的生存环境是否改善与中国转变经济发展方式紧密相关。近年来，中央政府已经密集推出相关扶持措施，相信在经过各方面的共同努力，小微制造企业面临的诸多困境必将得到一定的纾解。
英文摘要：	Abstract Small and micro manufacturing enterprises are an important foundation of national economic and social development, and an important channel for entrepreneurship and enrichment of the people. Small and micro manufacturing enterprises play an important role in expanding employment, increasing tax revenue, promoting stability and prosperity of the economy. With China's economic development entering a new normal, the domestic and foreign economic situation is rapidly changing. This paper discusses how small and micro manufacturing enterprises can overcome their own shortcomings in the new normal, speed up the transformation of enterprises, and further improve the upgrading and transformation of technology and equipment to meet the challenges of the changing environment inside and outside enterprises, meet the increasing environmental protection requirements, seize the opportunities and seek for small and micro-systems. The way out for the development of manufacturing enterprises is of great significance for guaranteeing the goal of economic development and maintaining social stability and harmonious development. Firstly, this paper expounds the research summary of the growth obstacles of SMEs, and analyzes the growth obstacles of SMEs from the theoretical point of view, including the life cycle theory, the general law of the growth of SMEs and the identification and classification of the growth obstacles of small and micro enterprises. Next, the paper analyzes in detail the actual operation situation of A Packaging Material Company in the two years since 2016, as well as the actual problems encountered inside and outside the company during the growth process. Secondly, the external obstacles to the growth of small and micro manufacturing enterprises are analyzed and some improvement measures are proposed. Then, the internal obstacles to the growth of small and micro manufacturing enterprises are sorted out and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward. In short, the plight of small and micro manufacturing enterprises is the plight of China's economic transformation. Whether the living environment of small and micro manufacturing enterprises is improved is closely related to the transformation of China's economic development mode. In recent years, the central government has launched intensive support measures. We believe that through the joint efforts of all sides, Dilemma faced by small and micro manufacturing enterprises will be solved to some extent.
