中文摘要:快递产业是在我国正在成长的新兴服务业。伴随着国家经济近年来的持续发展与我国电子商务经济的爆发式增长,快递业也迎来了急速发展的时期。2011—2016年,快递行业连续保持50%左右的年增长率,甚至一度达到62%。从2017开始,我国快递业超高速增长态势告一段落,行业发展开始趋于平缓,快递市场同业竞争的重点由增量市场转变至存量市场。 随着行业竞争的加剧,快递企业迫于压力开始在业务领域、经营模式等方面寻求突破,快递企业正在处于转型升级的关键阶段。企业转型升级的实质是商业模式的创新。顺丰的企业战略转型是首先从单一快递企业向综合物流服务商转变,同时在金融、商业领域进行经营探索,最终打造涵盖物流、金融、商业的顺丰全业务系统。 本研究运用商业模式要素画布模型,对以快递物流业务为主的顺丰速运与集物流、金融、商业为一体的顺丰全业务系统分别进行了分析,认为顺丰速运的商业模式设计成熟合理,四个界面、九个要素之间对应度高,逻辑清晰,联系紧密,每个要素都能在整体框架中发挥适当作用并良好地配合其他要素,使得顺丰速运的商业模式得以成功运作。但顺丰全业务系统的商业模式存在较大缺陷:由于商业版块经营不佳、金融版块发展缓慢,没有达到互相强化的作用,因此没有形成强势的核心资源,影响了其价值主张的实现。 
英文摘要:The express delivery is growing into an emerging service industry in China. With the continuous development of the national economy and the explosive growth of China’s e-commerce economy, the express industry has ushered a period of rapid development. From the year of 2011 to 2016, the industry maintained an annual increase of 50% continuously, even reaching 62%. Starting from the year of 2017, the ultra-high-speed development of China’s express delivery has come to an end and tended to slow. The focus of the industry has shifted from incremental market to stock market. With the industry competition more and more intensifying, express delivery companies have to seek breakthroughs under competition pressure. Those companies are at a critical stage of transformation and upgrading. The essence of enterprise transformation and upgrading is the innovation of business model. The first step of SF’s corporate strategic transformation is to transform from a single express delivery enterprise to an integrated logistics service provider. At the same time, it conducts to explore in the financial and business field and finally builds a full-service system covering logistics, finance and commerce. This study uses Business Model Canvas to analyze the S.F. Express, which is mainly based on the express logistics and full-service system integrating logistics, finance and commerce. It is considered the business model design of the S.F. Express is mature and reasonable. The four interfaces and nine elements have high correspondence, clear logic and close connection. Each element can play appropriate role in the whole framework and cooperate well with other elements, so that the business model of S.F. Express can operate successfully. However, the business model of the full-service system has major flaws: due to the poor management of commercial sector and slow development of financial sector, it has not achieved mutual strengthening, so it has not yet formed a strong core resource and affected the realization of its value proposition.
