| 中文摘要: | 新能源汽车时代的到来,给新能源汽车产业链,特别是新能源汽车核心零部件——动力电池企业带来了前所未有的历史机遇。因动力电池的零部件比较多,生产工艺步骤多、机理复杂;加之其在整车上应用条件复杂,但与之相匹配的动力电池系统管理技术开发不到位等问题,动力电池企业只有不断提升自身产品质量,提升质量管理水平,才能在市场竞争中获得胜利。 本文通过对LD公司新产品开发项目质量管理现状的分析,发现其存在着产品质量策划不到位、产品开发流程不合理及项目过程质量策划不到位、项目过程质量管理不到位和产品和过程质量风险识别和控制不到位等问题。以项目质量管理理论为基础,运用相关质量工具,进行项目质量管理改善。通过使用QFD的瀑布式展开法将客户需求转化为产品整体性能指标、产品特性、过程特性和控制方法,完成产品质量策划;通过优化项目开发流程、细化项目各阶段工作内容完成项目过程质量策划;通过阶段评审及过程审核提高项目过程质量管理,完善项目质量保障;通过应用FMEA和控制计划,对产品和过程进行风险识别和控制,实现项目质量控制并持续改进。 通过将项目质量管理理论及工具有效地应用于动力电池新产品开发项目中,提升了LD公司的项目质量管理水平,提升了企业的竞争力,同时类似的动力电池企业和相关行业改善新产品开发项目质量管理提供可借鉴的模式。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The arrival of the era of new energy vehicles has brought unprecedented historical opportunities to the new energy vehicle industry chain, especially the core components of new energy vehicles, power battery companies. Due to the large number of components of the power battery, the production process has many steps and the mechanism is complicated; in addition, the application conditions on the whole vehicle are complicated, but the development of the power battery system management technology is not in place, and the power battery company only improves continuously. Only by improving the quality of our own products and improving the quality management level can we win in the market competition. Through the analysis of the status quo of LD company's new product development project quality management, it is found that the product quality planning is not in place, the product development process is not reasonable, the project process quality planning is not in place, the project process quality management is not in place and the product and process quality risk Identification and control are not in place. Based on the project quality management theory, the relevant quality tools are used to improve the project quality management. Through the use of QFD's waterfall expansion method, customer requirements are transformed into product performance indicators, product characteristics, process characteristics and control methods to complete product quality planning; project quality planning is completed by optimizing project development process and refining project work content at each stage of the project. Improve project process quality management through phase review and process audit, improve project quality assurance; implement risk identification and control of products and processes through application of FMEA and control plan to achieve project quality control and continuous improvement. By effectively applying project quality management theory and tools to power battery new product development projects, LD's project quality management level has been improved, and the competitiveness of enterprises has been improved. At the same time, similar power battery companies and related industries have improved new product development. Project quality management provides a model that can be used for reference. | |
