| 中文摘要: | 优胜劣汰是市场竞争的基本法则,企业要生存和发展,不仅要有科学精细的日常管理,更需要高瞻远瞩的战略眼光和战略思想。随着战略管理理论与实践的不断发展,战略的思想已经被逐渐的引入到财务管理中来,形成财务战略管理理论。财务战略管理理论的发展将战略管理的思想方法与传统的财务管理理论相结合,从长远和全局的角度对企业的财务活动进行规划。本文探讨的重点是运用财务战略的基本理论进行特定背景下槌屋公司财务战略的分析与研究。 本文首先阐述了财务战略管理的基础理论,介绍了财务战略管理内涵,特征,财务战略管理程序和类型,在论述财务战略管理决策的时候,本文指出公司战略决定财务战略,财务战略的决策应该与社会经济周期的波动,企业的发展阶段以及产品的生命周期相适应,以正确制定适合企业发展的财务战略决策。在明确了财务战略管理的相关理论之后,本文接下来对槌屋公司财务战略的分析,制定,实施和调整的动态管理过程进行了讨论。在这一部分中,本文首先分析了槌屋公司外部的经济环境,社会、文化、人口环境,政治法律环境以及产业环境。在通过财务指标分析法对槌屋公司的内部财务环境进行分析之后,又运用SWOT分析法结合公司内外部的环境和条件总结出槌屋公司作为汽车零部件供应企业当前所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。再结合槌屋公司的总体发展战略目标,制定出槌屋公司的财务战略。在此基础上,本文继续论述了槌屋公司在财务战略实施过程中应该注意建立的保障机制。没有切实可行的保障机制,财务战略的实施成功也就无从谈起。众所周知,没有一成不变,一劳永逸的财务战略,那么,随着企业内外部环境的变化,以及公司战略的修正,财务战略应当也必须进行相应的调整,以配合公司整体战略的实现,本文最后讨论的也正是这一问题。 本文的创新在于,建立了与槌屋公司相类似,以大的集团客户为目标的中小汽车零部件企业财务战略分析和制定的研究框架,并对其他同类公司起到有益的参考和借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | A basic rule of marketing competition is survival of the fittest. An enterprise needs not only scientific daily management, but also strategic foresight and thinking to survive and development. Strategic thinking was introduced into financial management with the development of strategic management and become financial strategy management theory. Combining with traditional finance management theory, strategic management thinking plans finance activities from long-term and overall perspective. The paper discusses how to do strategic analysis and research for Tsuchiya Company by using basic financial strategy theory. First of all, the paper discusses the basic theory of financial strategy management, and introduces the meaning, characters, management procedure and categories of financial strategy management. When discussing how to make a financial strategic decision, the paper points out that company strategy makes financial strategy, and the financial strategy must be adapted to the fluctuations in the social economic cycle, stages of the enterprise’s development, and the product’s life cycle, in order to make a exact decision of financial strategy. After specifying the development of financial strategy management and relevant theories, the paper discusses the analysis, establishment, implement and dynamic adjustment of Tsuchiya Company financial strategy. In this part, the external economic environment, including society, cultural, population, polity and industry environment, is discussed at the very beginning. Following the analysis for internal economic environment by financial index method, connected with the external and internal economic environment and situation, SWOT method is used to analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Tsuchiya Company as an automobile supplier. Connected with the enterprise development strategy of Tsuchiya Company, financial strategy has been established. Based on this, the paper also discusses the protection policy that Tsuchiya Company should establish when applying the finance strategies. It is a common sense that financial strategies should be adaptable to the company strategy and the overall environment, thus financial strategy should be adjusted to realize the company strategy, with the changes of external and internal environment, and the amending of company strategy. The last part just discusses that. The innovation of the paper is about that: setting up the researching frame for financial strategic analysis and decision of the small and medium size automotive component companies in our country, which are similar with Tsuchiya Company and make the big group company as customers, that also provides a useful reference and learning to the other similar companies. | |
