中文摘要: | 本文首先进行理论阐述,通过对建设项目风险管理理论进行梳理、归纳和总结,为本文的实证研究提供理论指导。其次,主要介绍了天津科技大学体育馆建设项目的基本情况以及应用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的对该项目进行风险识别和风险评价,为后续进行管理提供数据支持。 本文的研究在于通过对涉及建设工程项目的各类风险进行系统分析,提出解决、控制各类风险的不同策略,采用系统的方法,有针对性的选择不同的策略方式,以减少风险对工程项目可能产生的消极负面影响、降低损失。将未知的风险变成可控的风险,通过风险管理将各类相互作用、影响的风险指标进行控制和管理。为风险管理提供决策依据,使项目管理者具备风险意识,重视风险问题,防患于未然。 本文应用专家调查打分法和模糊综合评判法对体育馆建设项目的风险进行了评价,研究其评价步骤,并以天津科技大学体育馆为案例进行计算分析。使得该建设项目管理者能够清晰的认识到项目的整体风险水平以及各因素的风险估计值,了解影响项目的关键风险因素。 通过模糊综合评价法对该项目进行分析,结果显示天津科技大学体育馆建设项目整体上处于“一般风险”范畴。在实践中具有可行性。本文评价结果中,自然风险属于“低风险”范畴,经济风险属于“较低风险”范畴,管理风险、技术风险、其他风险和运营使用风险都属于“一般风险”范畴。在对风险识别和风险评价的基础上,给出体育馆建设项目的风险应对策略,尤其是针对关键风险因素的风险应对策略,最后,提出帮助管理者实施有效的风险应对措施,为体育馆建设项目的风险管理提供了科学的依据。 | |
英文摘要: | This article first carries on the theory elaboration, through to the construction project risk management theory carries on the combing, the induction and the summary, provides the theory instruction for this article empirical research. Secondly, it mainly introduces the basic situation of the gymnasium construction Project of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, as well as the risk identification and post-risk evaluation of the project by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, so as to provide data support for the follow-up management. This paper aims at systematically varying various risks involved in construction projects, putting forward different strategies to solve and control various risks, adopting systematic methods and selecting different strategies in order to reduce the negative impact of risks on the project and reduce losses. Risk indicators of various interactions and impacts are controlled and managed through risk management. Make decision managers for risk management, make project managers have risk awareness, pay attention to risk issues, and prevent risks in the future. The paper evaluates the risk of gymnasium construction project by expert investigation scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, studies its evaluation steps, and calculates and analyses the gymnasium of Tianjin University of Science and Technology as a case. So that the construction project managers can clearly Under the overall risk level of the project and the risk estimates of various factors, and understand the key risk factors affecting the project. Based on the analysis of the project by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the result shows that the construction project of the gymnasium of Tianjin University of Science and Technology is in the "general risk".It is feasible in practice.In this paper, the natural risk belongs to the "low risk" category, the economic risk belongs to the "lower risk" category, the management risk, the technology risk, other risks and the operation use risk all belong to the "general risk" category.On the basis of risk identification and risk evaluation, this paper puts forward the risk response strategy of sports stadium construction project, especially the risk response strategy of key risk factors, and finally puts forward the effective risk response measures to help managers. It provides scientific basis for the risk management of gymnasium construction project. | |
