中文摘要:商品汽车区域中心库属于汽车厂商“库前移”模式,是汽车厂商与4S店的“调剂池”,是解决商品汽车增量的关键。全国铁路商品汽车的快速增长,迫切要求物流公司加大物流基地建设投入,补齐商品汽车区域中心库这个短板,提高物流吞吐量,发展规模化、专业化和品牌化,实现增量增收目标。而由“仓储基地”向“分拨中心”转型升级的商品车区域中心库的建设,对商品车仓储信息系统的要求也愈加提高,商品车仓储信息系统不再仅仅是查询库存的工具,更兼具管理功能,如信息可视化,物流量调拨与预测等。在各大物流基地对商品车仓储信息系统进行升级和改造的过程中,适应区域中心库模式的商品车仓储信息系统在使用过程中也出现了许多问题,本文以中国铁路太原局集团公司下属专门做商品车物流的大秦物流汽车物流分公司为研究背景,以商品车云仓信息系统为具体研究对象,从商品车仓储信息系统的使用人员角度出发,对商品车仓储信息系统的可用性进行研究。 本研究主要采用观察与实验相结合的方法来对整车仓储信息系统进行可用性研究。首先基于已发表的相关研究成果,提出整车仓储信息系统可用性研究的框架,根据5个月连续观察系统使用现场得到的数据以及整理工作报告进行文本编码提取出来的数据,梳理出初步的整车仓储信息系统可用性研究的评价指标。然后通过可用性测试实验进一步完善整车仓储信息系统的可用性评价指标并测试指标的可用性。将Nielsen 提出的“真实的用户在工作现场执行自己的日常任务”与“特定用户使用系统来执行预定任务”这两种可用性度量方式结合起来,最终构建出一个适合整车仓储信息系统的可用性评价体系。 
英文摘要:the commodity automobile regional center library belongs to the “bank forward” mode of automobile manufacturers, and is the “modulation pool” for automobile manufacturers and 4s stores, and is the key to solving the increase of commodity vehicles. the rapid growth of national railway commodity vehicles urgently requires logistics companies to increase investment in logistics base construction, fill in the shortcomings of commodity automobile regional central warehouses, improve logistics throughput, and expand to scale, specialization and branding to achieve incremental income increase. aims. the construction of the regional center library of commodity vehicles transformed from the “warehouse base” to the “distribution center” has increased the requirements for the commodity vehicle storage information system. the commodity vehicle storage information system is no longer just a tool for querying inventory. it also has management functions such as information visualization, material flow allocation and forecasting. in the process of upgrading and renovating the commodity vehicle storage information system in major logistics bases, the commodity vehicle storage information system adapted to the regional central warehouse model also has many problems in the process of use. this article is specialized under the china railway taiyuan bureau group corporation. daqin logistics automobile logistics branch, which is a commodity vehicle logistics company, is the research background. the commercial vehicle yuncang information system is the specific research . from the perspective of the users of the commodity vehicle storage information system, the availability of the commodity vehicle storage information system is studied. this study mainly uses the combination of observation and experiment to study the usability of the vehicle storage information system. firstly, based on the published research results, the framework of the research on the usability of the whole vehicle warehousing information system is proposed. according to the data obtained from the field using the 5-month continuous observation system and the data extracted from the work report, the preliminary vehicle is sorted out. evaluation indicators for warehousing information system usability studies. then, through the usability test experiment, the usability evaluation index of the vehicle storage information system is further improved and the availability of the indicators is tested. combining the two usability metrics of “real users performing their daily tasks at the job site” and “specific users using the system to perform scheduled tasks”, finally constructing a suitable warehouse warehousing information system. usability evaluation system.
