| 中文摘要: | 随着 21 世纪全球互联网络飞速发展,当年连接各大洲国家间的海底光缆带 宽已经无法满足全球用户的需求,各大电信公司争相建立全新的海缆系统以及 对已有海缆系统进行大规模扩容。海缆行业五年内未来发展持乐观态度,并预计 在 2018-2020 年间,海缆项目年需求量将高于 80,000 公里;2021 年后新建海缆 需求量平稳降低到 60,000 公里,但旧海缆升级扩容需求依旧旺盛。由于海底光 缆通信行业门槛高,技术性要求高,导致行业整体较窄,全球仅几家知名公司有 能力承建。H 公司自 2008 年成立,随着业务地图不断发展壮大,发展到今天已 经成功跻身海底光缆行业前端,与业内早期的三巨头并称为新时代的四巨头。 本文主要研究方向为业务外包,从海底光缆行业国内外现状入手,借 H 公 司海缆事业部成立十年之际,针对当前 H 公司在整个通信行业发展大背景及海 底光缆通信行业小背景下的业务外包经营战略,使用 SWOT 分析技术分析其优 势、劣势、机会和威胁。对这十年来 H 公司在项目交付过程中遇到的几个典型 又关键的案例进行详细分析,分别从外包商选择和外包商管理的角度切入和剖 析。在总结了 H 公司外包商选择和外包商管理当前的问题之后,结合 H 公司发 展趋势提出优化外包商选择方式以及加强外包商管理的建议,对 H 公司的未来 进行展望,希望在今后的外包采购工作中能够起到切实积极的指导作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the global Internet is developing rapidly, the current bandwidth of the existing transoceanic submarine cable systems is not enough to meet the high demand all over the world. Carriers in each country are taking this opportunity to construct new submarine cable systems, and in the meantime, to upgrade the existing submarine cable systems. It is generally optimistic about the future development of the cable industry within five years, which is expected that the annual demand for the submarine cable project will more than 80,000 kilometres between 2018 and 2020. After 2021, the demand will eventually reduce to 60,000 kilometres, but the demand for upgrade of old marine cables will still be strong. Since the industry of subsea network is extremely costly and high-technology required to join in, only few companies have the capability to take such work. H Company was established in 2008, as the company roadmap has spread worldwide very fast, the growth of this new supplier has changed the market from a "Big 3" dominated by Alcatel-Lucent, NEC and TE SubCom, to a "Big 4" with the addition of H Company; all of which are capable of delivering turnkey systems. It is aimed to do the research and analysis of business outsourcing, based on the current situation of subsea network industry, using SWOT technology to state the operational strategy of H Company. To analyse and conclude the advantage and disadvantage of the supplier selection and supplier management in the past ten years by several case study in the end, to give some suggestion for future project implementation. | |
